- Riding my Yamaha Tracer 900 GT up towards the Radio mast on Winter Hill, near Rivington, Bolton. A little bit of a chat about the Tracer and also my Z1000sx. Some lovely views from the top.
👍 your a lucky chap to have two very nice machines to have to mill over👍have you thought about getting a remap on gt I think I be going that road after I put black widow exhaust on mine ATB
I also think you should get a ECU flash for your Tracer, I had mine done last week at Junction 33, what a difference.
@@robsmith1011 hi rob have you noticed if your get anymore miles per gallon after remap
Hi Wombal, I love my Tracer and can't see me getting rid anytime soon. I may consider getting it flashed in the future. I'll look on RUclips to watch a few reviews first though, thank you for your comments.
@@robsmith1011 hi Rob ,.how much is a re-flash , and when people say " if you change your exhaust you need to get it tuned " , is this what a re flash is ?
@@geetee5509 your welcome 🙏 I be going to jordanbikes over Leeds way 👍
Love ya vids mate , does the wind screen extension stop the wind buffeting ? I know on mine I use ear plugs cause the noise is so loud lol 😂 but I love the bike Cheers
Hi Garth. When I first fitted the screen I thought the air felt less turbulent over 70 mph, not so sure now since I've ridden the new tracer 9, it has a wider screen, much better. Thankyou for your comments.
Hey, thank you for the great video. Let me know if you decide to sell the Tracer :)
Thankyou CBR Buddies, it's not some thing that has crossed my mind so far. Previous to these two bikes I had a VFR 800, CBF 1000 and an MT09, all great bikes in their own right but for me the Tracer is so much more versatile.
Was there a ufo thing happened up winter hill and the farmer up there left bc of it, those little roads remind me of times i went down to diggle and that hill is a busy place
Hey Rob, looking it up on Google it seems there have been a spate of UFO sightings up there, a bomber crash in the 1940s, a passenger plane in 1950s and a murder in the 1850s. I've seen several memorials around this area on walks I've been on. It's an interesting and very popular place.
@@geetee5509 Thanks for the info GeeTee
Can I ask were did you get your screen extension from ?
Thanks
