    David, thx for sharing this little gem! My only complain to the piece is that the 3rd movement is too short which gives me an impression that it exists simply because it’s formally required. I think Grieg really should extend the movement to a full length one with more development!

      Henry, I've had exactly the same impression for as long as I've known the piece.
      The similar proportions of Webern's Op. 24 have also left me thinking those thoughts.
