I took my husky puppy to the park today and he loved looking at the ducks and sat down staring at them for a while, he look extremely at peace. So I played this for him trying to get him to sleep, and not a minute later he was on the couch in front of the tv (where I had the video playing) sleeping.
So I suffer from depression and anxiety, I get drunk and watch comedy most nights just to get me through it. Last night I was drunk and sat and watched this video for over 20 minutes, I had negative thoughts attacking me left, right and centre for the first 10-15mins, but I just kept laughing and feeling peaceful at the ducks on the screen. At the 21min mark it was a bit too late and I needed to go to bed, I climbed into bed with a smile on my face. This is my Binaural beats, my ASMR.. It was so damn peaceful and seeing ducks doing what they do makes me so relaxed Thankyou for this video, I will watch it again tonight.
I am in the same boat as you, with depression and anxiety, although its finally, after over a year, at overcomable levels. Your method of coping with it doesn't sound very healthy though.. Are you on any medication? Eating healthy, going on walks, going to the gym, stuff like that does help, along with medication, although medication can have a though start with side effects :/
@@NatureSoundsTVIt’s funny, it’s almost as if what we all need is just more access to nature… 🧐 Thank you for posting this to help replace what’s been stolen from us.
I was in a similarly dark place after losing a beloved family member. On a friend's suggestion, I volunteered some of my time at an animal rescue. Helping take care of animals in need made me feel great for the first time in a long, long time. If ducks are magical for you, I'd suggest giving a couple hours a week to a duck recue, water fowl sanctuary or injured bird rehab center- something like that. Or just call around to animal related charities in your area to see who needs volunteers. It will open new horizons, give you a sense of direction and purpose, have you meeting good, cool, interesting, liked-minded people, and will change your life for the better in ways you'd never imagine. You'll never regret a minute of it, I promise.
This is playing right now on a computer in our front office. We've been enjoying videos of crackling fires, birds chirping, and today it's ducks quacking. The phones have been pretty quiet today, and every once and a while my coworkers and I bust out laughing because you simply CANNOT be crabby with ducks quacking in the front office! Thank you so much for this darling video!
I love it when video titles are to the point. I click on the video, and right away there is ducks that are quacking. They are on a river, and it is in a forest. No clickbait, what you see is what you get.
I have 10 ducklings in my my living room, in their brooder. They are 6 days old and doing well. They were very curious at first , then calmed down. Thanks for sharing this. As a single 'parent' I really appreciate any help raising my new babies.
out of all the bird videos i've played, this is by far my cat's favorite. all 14 years of her life, she never really cared for animal videos. only recently has she warmed up to them (may have something to do with having one eye removed, thus her depth perception too) and she especially loves when the seagulls come onto the screen! thank you for providing an engaging video for my old cat and good background noise for me while she watches :)
Nature sounds you could never top this amazing vidio the colors the sounds the splashing trees water sky this vidio has the color everything it's just perfect

Love this, I have ducks and frogs in the pond behind my house, seasonally and enjoy them when they are around. How about cows in a green field and the sounds of it all, or frogs in a pond; the longer without a loop the better. Thanks :)
Was meant to have had a picnic today, but the weather got all gloomy and gross. Ended up putting a blanket down in the living room and playing this for our picnic.
Access to nature is critical for mental health. Thank you for providing this substitute, since most of us don’t have access to the real thing. This makes me feel instantly happier. I started running at a very young age and it contributed to a deep love of and dependency on nature. I always loved being in the woods, etc., anyway but the daily ritual of being out, no matter the weather, watching all of the subtle changes, really tied me to the experience. I became a serious trail runner, hiker and camper. I got badly injured 6.5 years ago and lost all of that. It’s been devastating. But this instantly makes me feel better, in a similar way.
Ducks are honestly one of the cutest creatures ever to exist
i hope you don't eat them, then.
*Except for when they are hungry and grumpy, then all hell breaks loose*
@@behemoth5344I don't think I've ever eaten duck
Totally agree, they are so cute!!!!

Do not get drunk. This weakens your energy field allowing more negative energies to enter.

Those Seagulls must be in the Witness Protection Program. They are trying to blend in!! LOL!!😂
