Umm... maybe you should research more of Hoffman than just a single quotation there? LoL Terrible points there fella. But you talk tough, so, you must be correct? :P
Seriously though, check out some of the interviews, his TedTalk, etc. etc. you may still disagree, but at least realize that he addresses the points that you claim he is unaware of.
