I dropped 2 projects with it early and late last year. I’m trying to do this as a career
Right now, I'm a hobby artist but I want to make it a career not just a hobby.

Idk why really even started making music but it's probably because I've loved rap and hip hop so much that I just did it and I've been doing it since late 2020 I've spent so much time into perfecting my sound and craft and I do release the music even if i dont make money right away I like listening to my music
i feel that, i had to make the video to get people to take a step back and see the why behind the actions

Ngl this vid got me mad because I am literally about to buy the wa1b compressor (preferred it over cl1b in multiple blind tests). I spent thousands fr, right now I got equipment, drive to record every day for at least 5 hours (if I record more than that, I cant stand my gf trippin fr) and about one song a week on average, sometimes one every other day (full tracks), I mix my own stuff and get the volume up (I dont consider doing it myself mastering, since its technically not). Still no tracks out, just sending them around some of them people that I trust give me constructive feedback, I barely even listen to other hiphop since focusing on my own stuff to get it right, the only thing stopping me is me tho, I am my own worst critic and always move onto the next track once im done, gotta break out of that bro, thanks for the wakeup call 🫡
Just put out songs and delete/archive shit that doesn’t work out. You won’t be judged bro move on from the past. You’re not lazy to release, you’re doubting yourself, trust me I know this feeling you got going. Just start and figure it out as you go along.
