    Poor raccoon. No mother, siblings, no forest in sight, he’s terrified. Odds are he’ll just come back out and get hit by a car. This isn’t right. Tax dollars spent on that ain’t right either 👀

    California is highest taxed and most bankrupt state yet behaves as tho money is endless.
    I feel for the critter for sure. May climb up after the mean little guy. But millions of dollars(USD) equipment/consumables&personnel for a rodent that was taking nap is childishly irresponsible.

      Imagine how much it would cost to correctly determine when you should send someone when people call for help, and when you've processed how large that number is imagine how irresponsible it would be to do that if you make one mistake.
