I love the David Bowie Prayers at the beginning with all my being.
Ashes to ashes, funky to funky. We know Major Tom is a junkie. Is that correct?
Solid play, long live The Frames!
Love the sound, Glen. Your story telling is always remarkable with such amazing music. Thanks for sharing!

Wow! Blows you away on just the first listen. Check out the video of this song Glen does with just him on mandolin and a fellow on trombone. Amazing.Highest quality new music.

Bonjour
c'est " j'adore " en francais
+Hullajump gracias por la corrección, aún no domino el francés.
Was the little kid singing Folsom Prison Blues in the beginning?
yes😀
I could see Bruce doing a cover of this.
[Verse 1]
Lowly deserter, sing that old song
And sing a new one for the men
Still in battle, far from heaven
Raise your voice up and sing to them
[Verse 2]
Lowly, lowly, you must be lonesome
Take a hard look at yourself
And your brother still in battle
Sing their praises, or don’t sing again
[Chorus]
When that feeling comes to find you
Don’t deny you never ran
And when that feeling comes to take you
Take you walking the streets of hell
When that question comes to find you
Don’t deny you never ran
And when that feeling comes to take you
Take you walking the streets of hell
1:22 oh god look at the container hahahaha
Anybody spotted Ferdia on the right hand playing the keyboard? This world really is a village :)
what melody is the accordion playing at the beginning of this video?
Reminds me of Tom Cochrane
I always thought the lyrics on ASHES TO ASHES, were FUN TO FUNKY... NOT FUNK TO FUNKY... I might listen to my Scary Monsters album again.
Anyone who likes this should read 'In the season of the daises' by Tom Phelan. See how yer revolution there was hand in hand with a Catholic coup in Ireland. (And yes, I'm Irish).
Seeger Session vibes
a nu ma q cumbion.. ok no:'V
SORRY I LOST
what is this video about?
+José Rivera it's about "all those people that sit around and talk about the revolution, that they were there and all this, but they were in the pub" Glen's words.
@@schism1986 Yeah, well...the Revolution an all that...Irish Freedom, and give your kids to the catholic church to abuse. That was Devaleras' deal. My parents both suffered under that 'Irish' regime. I'm all for freedom from colonialization, but don't sell your kids for your own temporary future.
Blackguards and liars.
Yes! David Bowie IS God!
oh shit ---hes after getting another 19 year old girl, whats with all that? GLEN U ARE NOT 19........AND WE ALL KNOW IT, SO STOP WITH THE CREEPING.
The age of consent in Ireland is 16.
with you the one to do the calling of creeping would it not be a part of you that is now projecting. and is it not you who is indeed the creep. " i am not what you think i am..... you are what you think i am. aaa issues issues issues.
glen thank you for a fantastic song. heart felt, intelligent, and artfull. shared and liked
