That was some noisy peddling. I couldn't ride a noisy bike like that without going crazy. Great parade at 2x speed. I'm partial to the two wheeled bikes that can haul the most weight.
There are about 200 cargo bike manufacturers worldwide and the costs vary from 1,000 dollars to 10.000 or more. Just saying that there is a lot of choice, and there is not one answer to your question. There are several bike shops in NYC that sell cargo bikes as well.

It's noisy because the camera is installed right next to the pedals and chain. It's a recumbent 4-wheel cargo bike (Brox).
