Harry Potter means so much to me! Everytime I'm sad I go reading HP, or watching some fan video... Is like going to a safe place, a true home. The world can be falling apart, but HP world is always there to be my safe point.
The Golden Trio is something like a gem and it can never break. The friendship of these 3 have always made me burst into tears. The song fits with the backstory so well too. Brothers and Sister who truly love each other and express who they are through each other.. Watching these makes me feel like i'm in my own world
So all of this reminds me of something that i think a lot of people miss. Harry and Hermione have the healthiest relationship of the series. They have healthy boundariesin their friendship, they don't fight often and when they do, they are able to communicate things. Hermione isn't afraid to task Harry when he's wrong, she doesn't treat him like glass, she often times needs to sugar coat things with Ron cause he gets his feelings hurt easily. Harry is one of the few people who Hermione listens to. She always thinks she's right, but if Harry disagreed, she listens. They really do have an incredible bond
one of the cutest 'golden trio scenes' is hermione's comeback in the 2nd movie at the end, when neville says ' harry, it's hermione! ' and ron and harry look at her and smile :)
HP is the thing that makes me cry for hours on end because I can’t be part of that fantasy, that the people who practically raised me can’t be with me, because they can’t feel my deep emotions about them, and because I can’t seem to escape those feelings. Its funny that they all put so much effort, yet they couldnt do it alone. When Ron left Hermonie and harry, they didn't get any work done because hey dont have the ecouregment from ron. Also, if hermonie leaves, ron and harry couldnt come up with plans so easily. If harry left, they couldn't carry out the plans that they made. The trio needs all three together.
Harry Potter got me through some tough shit. It was my escape, it got me away from my real world. It...is the kind of book that actually, REALLY connects you to the characters, through so many different ways and i felt like those characters were my true friends, like they loved me as much as I loved them, like they would save me from my abusive stepmother, like there will be a change. it...IS my savior. It saved me. Harry Potter will always be a part of my life, no matter how old I get.
Same for me, expect for the stepmother thing. But my mom is always fighting with her boyfriend and I hate him, hopefully we find a new flat to live in. And I also love the potterversum it's my escape, our escape from our real world, from our Muggle world.
I'm crying! This is amazing! Harry potter is what got me really into reading and it is still one of my favourite series and can read it a thousand times!
