You are being way too kind. This $28 insert is a master class in how NOT to design an insert. The absolute WORST insert where I was charged extra money FOR the insert. In order to not have divots on my player boards I had to remove the manuscript from their assigned spot to protect the player boards from the towers on the rondel. Worldclass game designers...Below amateur insert designers especially with SOOO much wasted space.
I agree. There are many improvments this insert needs. I plan on making a review video of the collector's box and expansions where I will touch on all the things I would do differently.
@@TheMeepleMarathon ah, thanks! It looked familiar even though I don’t have Tomesaga. For whatever reason I thought it only contained stuff for multiplayer.
@@ellaybee77 Tomesaga has two modules. One that makes it cooperative (but you can play it solo) and one that’s a competitive campaign across all three games.

Just used your video to help put all the game into the big box. I love their game designs, but I have to agree this insert is really lacking. I hate that the player pieces don't fit in their slots inside a bag for easy removal. But, okay, it looks better and is easier to store on my shelf in one box.
I just open the storage box, because i finally got the sleeves. Your minor nit picks are major promblems for me. It could have been a better storage solution.
Wow for the money, this is my most hated insert. Are players supposed to scoop out all their pieces perfectly? Bag is much easier. Are players supposed to scoop out the pile of resources and dump them on the table? These should be removable! Set on table and done! For the money I expected better. Copy EGG Lacerda inserts if you can’t imagine how players will interact with your product!

What’s the wedge-shaped piece with the slot cut-out beneath the first player marker?
It's from the Tome Saga expansion. It's basically an AI standee only used in Viscounts.
