His name Is Abdellah Elhaloui, a professor of Linguistics in the English department of Kadi Ayyad, Marrakech. He decoded one that You have in another video of Talsint, it says 'inghat ighar" which means "the drought killed it" and it is completely logical because there were camel engravings there as well. I think you need to collaborate with him to form a complete archaeological team. Good Luck!
