For that house, wala masyadong narenovate since nung na-acquire nya from the previous owner, pero more of interior na kasi yung pinagkagastusan ni Mr. Daryl, and for the interior is like less than 100k po.. sa haws ko (same place) po yung may mga pinagawa akong extension kasi may vacant lot na kunti sa likod, and i've spent around 50k before pandemic plus sa harap din 50k (gate and kunting extension para maximize yung space)..
