Watching the shooter space has turned into something similar to watching America's Got Talent.
They take the stage, tell their story, and when you ask what they do, they Sing/Extraction Shooter. Or they Dance/Battle Royale. Sometimes they do both at the same time. Sometimes they walk out and tell you they're different and better than everyone else, and end up walking off the stage crying because it didn't go the way they said it would and the judges didn't like it. They're given tips to improve, but believe they don't have any room to improve because they're at the top.
Rarely, you get someone who walks out and does something actually impressive or let alone entertaining. If they get far enough with it, the next few years are full of copycats.
That's why I stopped playing shooters a couple years ago after playing them all my life. They're just stale now and all copy each other. I have been having a blast playing other genres of games and abstaining from any hyper competitive stuff which Extraction/Battle Royale shooters are inherently. I could never get into those subgenres because of how ultra-competitive extraction is (with potential to waste your time upon dying because you lose the items) and battle royale requiring you to find and load into an entirely new match everytime you died.
@@JohnDoeWasntTaken Same here. Shooters are so oversaturated with copying each other now. Making it where you can't play for fun unless you're playing hyper competitive. Around 2013 I started playing just about any genre and gaming became way more enjoyable. Now I get way more hyped over a new RPG than I will for a shooter.
@@megamaggotmrh9085this has been happening since the first COD Modern Warfare. I said back then that it was going to ruin shooters, and then battlefield and the new battlefront games copied them. Everyone jumped on the train to try and make money off of the hype, and sadly it worked. Then, pubg hit the scene and opened up a whole new can of worms that everyone for some reason wanted a bite of.
That's why the only FPS I've really played in recent years is Arma. It's slower paced, but intense when the action starts. Very squad based, rewards smart play instead of run and gun, has war at all levels (land, air, sea), massive maps, incredible modding community, and addictively fun gameplay when you find a really good group to join.

@@tylerpetro uuuhhhh im gonna need a kickstarter for that one, cant read
Honest question here, not trying to nitpick. Exactly when did "Pre-Alpha" come to mean "1-2 months from release"? I remember back when Alpha versions weren't even released to the public, and if you got a beta it was like a couple weeks of access and could be 6-8 months before final release.
What happened?
Good point
Depends on the scope of the game.
Can a small game be in pre-alpha, turn to alpha, beta and release within a year?
Yes. Absolutely.
Is this that kind of game? No, not really, it'll at least take 2 years for that.
Also when precisely was that?
Because ever since we saw the rise of indie development we also saw early access releases (e.g. Minecraft) - prior to that we solely had companies founded by people that actually did have a budget (Valve, Activision, EA and a few small companies that barely managed to keep themselves afloat and mostly released subpar games like city interactive).
Our Alpha started in Nov last year. We are just coming out of that phase possibly now gearing up toward an early access release which would be equivelant to beta. Core game intact. Still needing all the final bells and whistles. I guess the reality is though.. there are no rules for naming conventions. It's completely arbitrary.
DayZ happened
Studios have come to releasing half baked products a lot, not all of them, but more than should be
Cool another game people are gonna pay early access to test the game for the devs
and not be finished for 10 years..
looking at you 7 days to die
@LyricalViking at least 7 days is really fun, lol
@@LyricalViking at least they've been working on it, mostly out of their own pocket as well for the past 10 years and could've labeled is as done long ago without people complaining, same as the Project Zomboid devs.
But the extraction shooters honestly get out of hand now.
I understand to make them with a twist (e.g. Quasimorph as a single player semi round based top down game with a fully different type of gameplay for the most part, Zero Sievert as singleplayer top down game with anomalies and so on, or Incursion Red River as the PvE coop experience people have been asking for for years), but another one that's PvPvE is just a death sentence at this point, people only got so much time - so why precisely do so many devs act like they could get a piece of the cake on a market that already got too many go to games for most people.
@@Unknown_Genius The Irony is Exfil was started some number of years ago before the brunt of the exfil game phase began. It has evolved a lot though. The end goal is much more an open ended game mode / scenario tool for the community but we realized from past experience you need to be able to wrap it around a solid core game loop. Squad had AAS for this. We have Classic Exfil and it works well. People respond very well to the game mode and more importantly keep playing it. :)
We have chosen a very specific niche to chase down now. The responsibility is solely on us to prove their is more there. We will only die on our own sword as they say. :)
@@Unknown_Geniusunfinished is unfinished. Noone makes these devs make these games it's a choice. They take people's money and fail to live up to a fraction of their promises (7 Days included).
Until devs and their parent companies are held to some form of accountability and providing the services and goods promised the gaming landscape is going to look more and more like a destroyed dystopia.
Bored of tactical games where you walk for 40 mins before seeing one person
yeah it sux, but this generation is too lazy to play anything fast paced like quake style, i mean they even let something amazing like hyperscape and promod die.
Awesome! You only walk for 4-8 min in exfil and you are the fight. The combat zone is only about 1.5km diameter.
@@JustFishBait WDYM you can play The Finals, CoD MP, CS2, Quake Live, Battlebit right now?
@@NANOTECHYT im talking about games with good movement..which COD..CS2....THE FINALS...battlebit..DONT have.
Quake live has it, but we need some modern games with actual fun and good movement to come back.
To many people are obsessed with this slow walking simulator style games these days.
@@JustFishBait The Finals has good movement. It's not like Hyperscape, but it's pretty good for the modern era. Titanfall 2 was an excellent title, it just sadly released at a time where everyone was done with that genre of game being futuristic FPS games.Very little games have that sort of movement anymore which I agree with you is a massive shame. I think Apex Legends has some interesting movement choices, so there are games out there on the market for that sort of play style, but they're not like Quake where you're constantly bhopping around. That being said I do think CoD has some movement in it, I saw some MWIII movement clips and they're definitely interesting too. I think all the options haven't been explored yet.
the only extraction shooter im really excited for is Beautiful Light
This, it’s like an scp version of hunt showdown
i think the gameplay loop is pretty fun. the animations and models and maps need work but the gameloop is pretty solid. there just needs to be a way maybe to speed up the rounds as more people die, like a dynamic timer would be cool. the lead dev says hes one of the squad founders, and he's been super transparent with feedback in the discord.
Round timer will come and be host optional for those that want to keep it tight. Other games will be longer and involve different mechanics. Local host we are already comfortably supporting 32 player servers so there is a lot you can do with 32 players! :) Onward and upward!
Hackers are going to kill any PvP extraction games coming out. I don't see the point of developing such games for PC
if the devs make a big effort and region lock china it can curb them its mainly just that companies bandage instead of burying them in concrete and forgot them... hardware bans need to become the norm
@@curtyos Really interesting point about china. It just came up in discussion
@@curtyos Yeah, China ain't alone when it comes to hackers anyways. Block one region and some other country would flood the game with hacks.
You know what, this game would do better if they port it to the Switch, then the hackers would face the wrath of Nintendo if they try to hack the game there.
@@curtyos 1. Region locking China doesn't stop cheaters, there's lots of cheaters throughout the world and they come from all over. Does China have an unreasonably high amount? Yes. But it doesn't fix anything and there's always going to be a way around the region lock, VPNing etc.
2. Hardware bans are effectively useless, they're little more than a small blockade in a cheater's path to cheating. Spoofing your HWID or PC Components is rather trivial these days and Activision, EA, Easy Anti-Cheat (Epic Games), Battleye and even Riot Games with their VGK anti-cheat which is the best right now on PC all struggle with stopping spoofing and cheating, there's always a way around it whenever an anti-cheat tries to stop it. The cheaters will always be one step ahead of the anti-cheat.
What I do agree on is that any game that comes out right now is going to have a hard time preventing cheating, especially on PC. If you're an indie developer and you want to make a PvP game and you want to promise people a cheat free environment it's impossible. That is unless of course you launch on the latest consoles only, but even then there's different forms of cheating there too like using a Mouse and Keyboard on Console via third party devices, AI/Computer Vision aimbot cheats, assisting controllers, win trading, black market gear/loot sellers etc.
Exfil campers gonna love it
We have two mechanics to keep them moving.
1. Current phase - Periodic mortars from the local forces.. You never know who they will target and they come in every 90 seconds approx. Server optional but they work well to keep people honest.
2. Next phase - AI npcs will come in to engage forces in any area there has been conflict or heli extract etc. They will keep players moving by searching for them. We will see in practice how effective it is but all part of the process.
@@prototypechannel6975 That is actually cool

Holy shit, i had no idea who you were when i played with you. That is bad ass. GGs
Hey man, thanks for covering it, i never got to play, i got in a lobby but could only spectate and then the lobby closed, ill just wait for release.
Am I wrong, or is the concept just capture the flag... just on a big map?
With no revives. All core game modes are derivatives of king of the hill, capture the flag or death match more or less. It has team death match win conditions as well. So there are a few ways to approach "how to win"
Speaking of extraction shooter's, Arena Breakout and Vigor are coming to PC.
yeah but when bruh we also got delta force hawk ops coming but who knows when
Vigor is my drug
would love to see you do a update video on dead matter, its still pretty shit but they updated a lot of stuff a month ago
What's the point of the Front grip......
The muzzle flashes from guns are super weird. It’s like the game just uses 2 different single frame pictures that it switches in between. Like the game just cycles 2 pictures of a muzzle flash. lol
It reminds of muzzle flashes from goldeneye.
Haha! pretty much. All to be replaced in the next few months. We just started upgrading all the weapons and assets. The soldiers are super solid already. Just need new animations for the custom animation system.
end of 2024? that is ridiculous
For early access. Not really. Guess its on us to show what's possible! :) 6 months to go!
Base on your video, this game looks almost exactly as Beautiful Light, but with lower quality.
Your title fooled me into thinking you were gonna say breakpoint arena coming to pc was a big mistake.
Bigfry arena breakout is coming to pc beta in may
Imagine if it's being made by a gigantic AAA studio and they are fully capable of finishing it in 6 months and they made this demo in like two weeks
I just want a new DMZ
I’m truly sick of all these pvp games. I’m so happy that Incursion Red River came out for us solo/co-op players. I hope more follow the trend.
Exfils roadmap includes npcs and custom scenarios so the community can make whatever missions or gamemodes it like. Sp, coop, mp etc

Arena breakout is coming to pc. The system requirements is seriously high.
Bigfry, please read: I feel like I may be speaking for the silent majority that don't comment often.
I understand your frustration for getting flamed by playing the games you enjoy playing.
For me, I don't enjoy R6 or Call of Duty much anymore. I won't dislike any of those videos just because I don't care for those games, not everyone is a dick. (If you Do enjoy them, which they seem great with friends, mine just don't play them anymore) I believe the silent majority has no real issue with you sponsoring games you love. They are quality games, even if I don't enjoy them.
With that said, PLEASE keep making alpha/pre-alpha reviews. Please keep giving us info and those devs pointers.
Every critique I've heard you make in the last year has been grounded in reality.
The fact that you are developing a project has really sharpened your mind on how it works. I watched you and others in the same content field as you, but I 100% enjoy your critiques more than theirs.
I feel like if you split into a channel following these pre-Alpha Alpha games, and then another channel for your VODS and highlights/clips vids from your CoD/R6 streams/matches, you would have double the success and make the haters happy. Because they wont see your CoD content, only the stuff they subbed to you for, and you will likely have that CoD channel grow quickly.
Just My Friendly 2 Cents. Please don't stop making these videos OR doing/playing what you enjoy
Arena breakout infinite for pc may be good. We shall see, I signed up for beta
Surprised you werent given a gray zone key, they literally are doing the streamer push, where they say fac regular people only allowing streamers play it.
Ive been streaming it on Twitch... Video coming soon
You have time to delete this comment
Try Arena Breakout Infinite when it beta releases next
tarkov will be the only one worth playing for a long while i feel like
BigFry, can you please do some coverage of Project L33T? Not just about the drama, but I would be really interested to see you buy and play the alpha build (stealthily so they dont know its you). The alpha comes out next week (and you can just get a refund after lol).
Nah they can go fuck themselves
@@BigfryTV Nothing fucks them harder than revealing how shit their game is to the world. Thats why they get so defensive and come after people.
But fair enough, some things are not worth the publicity, even negative publicity. Looking forward to what else you have in store.
They picked a bad week to drop this with Grey Zone's streamer alpha coming out,.
They both did it with the Steam Fest thing going on...can't do much about that. The timing of trying to make this game is bad overall. By time it POSSIBLY gets to anything worthwhile there will be other far more polished extractions out to choose from. The timing will leave little reason to pick this up.
@@EvilAnomaly We will see!
Duckside
your takes have got even better after developing your own game, i cant wait to see transience released!
Anotha TaRkOv KiLlEr
It doesn't even have looting in it!
Yeah; I was initially curious about this game and even played the closed testing before this demo. I didn't stick around because I just didn't see a game of any sort. Interesting concept but I can't see what is the reason I'd keep entering a match on this. No progression, no loot, just grabbing something and extracting and/or killing the other team.
Everything you mentioned was spot on (especially the weapon audio, combat just feeling flat, etc. which feels too much like another game that just dropped an early test aka GZW). Another generic forest setting and I just couldn't be bothered. Easy pass and I'm surprised about the timeline as it seems the game has some serious time needed in the oven.
It's definitely not for looter game players.
If it is MP I don't give a shit.
I have a bad feeling about this.
Why?
When you compare this game to something like Road To Vostok, Gray Zone Warfare, Incursion Red River, etc...this is the most half baked game both visually and mechanically out of the "open world shooter/extraction shooter" genre.
What an absolute disaster lol
don't forget that it's PvPvE on top (well, currently apparently only PvP), so it's quite literally not even jumping into the market that actually exists, which is PvE extraction like Incursion does (something people asked for years for), they instead opted to jump into a market that already has a multitude of different games - not only releasing in the future as well while already being on the radar to try out for most players, but literally already established ones.
But it'll find players either way (at least for the first few days), as there are somehow already people on Incursion that complain that there isn't PvP after literally buying a game marketed as exclusively PvE.
That's on us.. We will die on our own sword. No one else's. I've been down this road before with squad. We were told many times it was garbage and looked like trash but under the hood we were investing in the mechanics and architecting with future in mind. May the best man win.
I feel like this game is just leaching of the hype of Incursion Red River
How so?
It's not PvE, the whole point about Incursion is the fact that it's finally a standalone coop PvE extraction shooter.
@@Unknown_Genius Look at the timing of it(Not long after Incursion Red River has been launched) and then look at the state of it. Barely a tech demo.
Sure it has ''potential'' but would of expected a bit more polish for a tech demo.
Plus, there has been enough extraction shooters that have been announced this year, it just seems after a certain point, the games that announce themselves as extraction shooters and are not in a good looking state are just trying to cash in early to the hype.
@@SoloWEll The biggest part of the hype for extraction shooters has literally been over for half a decade at this point.
And as said, it's not even similar enough to incursion to leech from it - it literally speaks to an entirely different audience.
Also "hype", Incursion isn't really hyped, it's mainly a few people that are happy to finally get a coop tarkov without having to mod the actual tarkov for hours - a hype looks vastly different to an all time peak of 2500 players after a week of being released.
And "plus there has been enough announced" - when not? Extraction quite literally is the new "we all make our copy cat versions" gameplay loop, just like Battle Royale had been before, goes as long back as time with DayZ, CoD, etc. - whatever was hyped up to half a decade prior will see a ton of releases.
They wish! haha!
And people wonder why us gamers stick with what we know, warzone, apex tarkov etc Least we know they work, well to a good enough degree. They get regular updates n u know they will always have players on no matter the time.
I used to support indie or just not AAA games n some were really good n if they are f2p I will purchase store items just to support them, but they just get abandoned. The cycle is a great example, it was a great game free 2 play not AAA but prob AA, it was brilll but still got shut down, now I've seen a very similar one, a bit more cartoony but the basics looked the same, how can they think it will work when The cycle failed. WTF is up with this industry????
Those marketplace assets though...
Doing their job as intended! Fun is being had. :)
insta like and comment for continuously putting the games' titles back in your titles as well.
Audio us still better than OHD
Very creative name, huh?
Straight to the point yep.
this extraction shooter annoyance that every damn company wants to do reminds me of the time of Battle royal when everyone k wanted to be like PUBG. and over inflated the industry with that shit
You mean just like they did with DayZ before? and with CoD prior?
Most companies always copied. BF also isn't the same game anymore ever since they figured that they maybe should make it a bit more CoD styled with BF3 for overall more sales, yet people still are surprised that BF copies new trends as well.
Well, your game is in a far better and more enjoyable state than this that´s for sure.
Don't be so sure.
I genuinely don’t understand where the market for all these new extraction shooters is. It seems like the entire scene is just a mass of people who are chained to Tarkov and Hunt and will quit the entire subgenre altogether if they quit their main game. All these other copycats just feel like RUclips fodder more than anything else.
All it takes is one team to make a less janky standalone version of Arma 3’s Antistasi gamemode and they’ll hit the top 3 on Steam.
A big part of exfil is to channel the arma / Halo editor functionality and allow players to make their own scenarios and game modes. This is based on work we did in the miltiary space for both the US army and a virtual firearms simulation. For us it's time not technical challenges but that final form will come some distance into the project. For now we are focused on the main mechanics and architecture and they making things pretty on top. It's a proven model for a slow burn winning game to come from the ground up in a niche. Add to this we are self funded and beholden to no investors. We can very much survive the process it takes to do it right. Squad was a great example. We did most of that without external investment.
something's telling me you're getting copyright striked soon

Demo? I dont see a demo?
Looks like another dead on arrival tactical shooter for the pile.
Doing pretty good. 50k wishlist and 30k sign ups in our Steam Playtest queue. We aren't beholden to any shareholders and self funded so we are aiming for a very specific niche and portability to console. We dedided to ensure it was fun up front and add the bells and whistles later. Any experienced dev knows you can visually polish a game in not too long a time. Coding and fundamental systems is always the bottleneck. Weapons etc can be outsourced.

@@OgOssman Oh I forgot Road to Vostok as I haven't played it yet. I am waiting for the early access of that game as well. I am focusing on the incursion red river these days.
I hope more devs realize us solo/co-op players are much easier to please and stick around longer then the dime a dozen latest pvp game.
@@johnwicks4936 Actually Exfil is built to support SP, COOP and MP PVP. It's kind of the whole point is that in the end you can simply play the experience you want and we give control to the players. Want to play some simple sniper city battles where you hunt the local forces with a friend in Coop? Make the scenario yourself or download someone else created scenario
Let’s goooo he played it XD
I get why studios do this. But it's a cycle we have seen so many fucking times that you can damn near tell what's gonna happen step by step.
Studio puts up a steam page
People notice, wishlist it, word travels a little
Discord pops up, people join looking for news, promises get made idiots buy in, hype flame has been ignited, word spreads further
Channels like this tell people over and over every time not to get hyped about something they haven't even seen yet
Hardcore supporters run back to discord saying they have haters and should post some sort of progress report
Progress report comes, fuels the supporters, the hype flame is now a fire. More people notice, word spreads more.
Decent support builds for the game now, discord grows, more people are demanding updates
More updates come, normies start noticing.
Normies now demand more than just progress reports, they wanna try it as is and demand a timeline or threaten scam and abandonware.
Totally not ready play test rolls out, people assume that because the files are executable, the game must be close to finishing and judge based on that.
Hype is now peaking when game is only maybe half done, and capitalizing on that max hype means a rushed pre alpha build must be released.
Your game is now live service
Your game now has legit haters because it's unfinished
You feel immense pressure to accelerate development
Game falls off due to not delivering the experience people expected in their minds
Game dies
Devs give up
On to new project
Rinse
Repeat.
It seems to have a lot of people liking it. Mostly positive on steam is impressive from this. Seems like content creators are the ones not liking it. I guess stick to tarkov. Tarkov seems like a better game for content as a creator
So a worse version of Beautiful light, which i think is gonna be a cool game
Im so burnt on extraction shooters
Not going to lie the sound sounds like Operation: Harsh Doorstop of the base game. Sounds like trash!
so gray zone warfare as a pre alpha version looks really good compare to this
Totally. Very nice looking game. Great budget and big team.
Seeing how one of the devs here is replying to any comment that seems negative about the game, and the way that the person comments, already shows me what this is gonna be.
i wish there was some kind of board or higher ups in the gaming world that set rules like "ok no more boring extraction military sim games this year". so unoriginal, so copy paste, so boring.
I think you focused too much on when they are trying to release in this video, I would have liked to hear more focus on the feedback and things you'd do differently or a good concise list of what is missing, rather than sprinkling it inbetween your release date concerns. This feels more like a rant than a critique. Maybe that's just me idk.
I mean. I said that this is barely a game. The list of things they do have would be shorter. There’s no point in critiquing something this early
animations already makes this a no go for me. i have better standards than whatever tf this windows 7 game is.
Game Developers just constantly chasing trends instead of being trendsetters. 😴
The idea of the game is cool, but it needs more than polish. Played the play test a month ago, and it was cool, and the weather changes are nice, but audio is not great, but the 4 team combat is fun, and if you miss the exfil, you have to duke it out, until 1 person is left.
So we are testing at 32 players on servers now and its completely different. Try in the next Steam playtest.
@@prototypechannel6975 thanks for the heads up.
I don´t get it- you like the game, but picking it apart bc it doesn´t have sounds. Warzone doesn´t have any enemy footsteps till the day(vs perfect ones like BF Firestorm).
BF2042 felt/feels lifeless also, sounds, graphics- totally empty space for only 99dollars and ninety nine cents.
Art design- that´s the part I´ve been telling about till the 1st RTX demo- you can´t create immersive world by just switching RT( and maybe assets) in. So EXFIL devs, switch on that cheapo RT effects and you are good to go;)
I mean its a FREE DEMO- maybe cut some slack towards small devs. Critisism is ofc welcome.
Honestly from the video it looks more "organic" and immersive than BF42...
i saw this game a while ago and thought it looked like shit.
It made its first mistake by being an extraction shooter…how fun and original.
Judging from the intro footage the gunplay looks worse than vanilla arma 3

Kudos to these guys for nabbing the name "Exfil" for their extraction shooter.
Arena breakout pc is comming soon.. it's called arena breakout infinite.. i am so hyped
Even if everything above average as intended, at the end of the day it's still a tactical FPS in some vaguely communist country, like there's no real appeal or aesthetic to it to draw people in.
Tell em bro. Get on their ass hard. Do you know why? So game developers will try harder to create quality games. Without the Big Fry Guy keeping these developers on their toes, we would continue to get shit games and scams wasting our hard earned cash. Thank you so much Fry for all you do and put up with. Never Change. You my boy Blue!
I installed it last time the demo was up and felt like it was an awful asset flip scam waiting to happen, uninstalled quick.
Not at all. We don't charge for alpha/beta access. That is the real scam here. hahahaha
Played half a match and quit. I see no reason to play this. True, the idea seems cool but other than that everything is meh to just ok at best. Lost all interest in my first exchange of fire. Gunplay was absolute trash and I've been playing fuckin Reforger lately.... Do you know how bad your combat has to be considered several steps down from ARMA gunplay!?
the only thing I don't understand is why you thing using asset is bad ? If you tell me, the developer did not program anything in the game, nor did he model any 3D objects, he did not do a level design, everything is pure asset, I would agree with you, that it would not look good to sell a product as indie or only dev in which no You have done nothing, but if you did things and you only used, for example, a map, I do not understand your pain with them lol, my humble opinion.
Because art and design is a big part of creating games. When everything is assets, there’s no coherence to the art direction.
@@BigfryTV OK now imagine that you are making a game alone, you are telling me that you are going to create all the character models alone, design all the maps, do all the vfx, do all the programming and you are not going to use any assets, I would like See that game that doesn't have assets lol, I consider that even the 3As use them. Getting back to the topic, you would have to live 4 times to finish the game if you were doing it alone and everything was original for you. lol
They are literally there to be used.. it's about how you use them. Some devs copy the whole example map and change nothing. Others design a map and use the assets to fill out the details in the map using them in new and creative ways. There is nothing wrong with using them. We used them from day 1 in squad. All our player models and weapons we from 3rd party sources. You evolve and replace these over time.
@@wtfmiki Squad had assets from day 1. As many many many many other games did and continue to. It's not only common it's smart to use 3rd party assets in game dev. In the end the game needs to be fun and give people a reason to keep playing then budgets can replace assets. How you get there is more about your intent and integrity than if you use 3rd party asssets.. but nevermind.. I love watching rookies in the industry burn their budgets because they think what a game looks like matters early on. It never has in the indie scene and that hasn't changed. these aren't AAA games charging $90 a copy.
"Art direction" is where budgets go to die. As an experienced dev I've seen it happen several time with huge budgets. You can have all the art in the world it won't save a game that isn't fun. That is a fact.
I am just gonna say it: Extraction shooters are bad. Why? Because when some kind of reward is involved people are more likely to cheat.
I still do not how many times I got killed in EFT by a nade, because of a wall hack. Maybe all of these people are just pros. I doubt it.
In games like battlefield cheaters are gonna kicked from the server really fast. (Because aim hacks are not that subtle and wall hacks are a lot less useful in such games.)
How tf are aim hacks less subtle and wall hacks less useful just because it's BF? It depends on the cheater you meet, you've probably played with a ton of closet cheaters in BF without even realizing it. People have always been cheating, the problem doesn't exist since rewards have been introduced, it always had been a lucrative market because some people just want that extra edge over their opponents no matter the game.
Fortunately we have no reward.. no loot etc.. Just boring old experience, non grindy unlocks and weapons per faction. It's going to be a very conventional experience where you win through teamwork against 3 other teams using communication. Run and gun doesn't really work either. Mostly for more milsim types that want to play 20-30min rounds.
Vigor soon
Absolute garbage 😂
Another tarkov clone. The cycle at least was trying to be different. This just looks like tarkov from wish
Nothing new what everybody expect from a dying industry full of toxic communities I'm not sure are i'll find a game that worth my time before i die of old age :) .
This was our concern and why we made Exfil. Couldn't find any games we actually wanted to play and needed to build the community ourself. Squad was a good attempt but the competitive scene made it incredibly toxic. Hopefully we can keep this on the right path. Wish us luck!
Why everything have to be extraction these days.
Tarkov fever
Same reason why back in 2017 everything needed to have a BR mode...Because it's popular
@@ahmednabil2263 Its also a simpler way to do some form of multiplayer open world.
Trend chasing. Just like everything was a Battle Royale before this.
@@AndreRQL @pyrotech03 Yea that is part of it, but its also just good game design and simplifies some components of multiplayer.
so its grey zone warfare?
