Ibinalik na ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority ang pagpapatupad ng expanded number coding scheme sa Kalakhang Maynila.
Ayon sa MMDA dahil sa pagkakasuspinde ng number coding nitong Lunes, tumaas ang volume ng sasakyan sa lansangan na naging dahilan ng mahigpit na trapiko na nagpabagal naman sa mga pampasaherong sasakyan na makaikot sa kanilang ruta.
