Forgive me but this man could actually need help, what if he has paranoia (irrational fear) exhibited in some mental health conditions? This is not the first time he's had an issue with uchawi, he has overly preoccupied self with the thought to an obsession. Everything he sees and thinks is a signal to him.

Someone drinking normally with no medical problems shouldn't even be able to walk straight with a full blown bladder. A tube needs to be put in to help with urination.
