Movers And Shakers -- Willy Kirwa

The Rift Valley has no doubt earned its place as the country's food basket supplying the country with its staple food maize. Other crops including wheat and tea are also prominently cultivated in the region due to its favorable climate and rich volcanic soils. Changing weather patterns have however seen farmers seek to diversify from crops to other forms of agriculture. Tony Timase spent some time with one such farmer who has adopted dairy farming cutting out a niche for himself. On this episode of Movers and Shakers we feature Willy Kirwa.
