If you are the greedy type, once you see email telling you that he saw a soldier in somalia and that when he checked his account, your name was used as the next of kin and that he checked the account balance, and noticed $1.2b all in you name and he has contacted the bank and they said that you are the rightful owner. You need to contact him urgently so that he will tell u how you will reclaim your money and that you should not forget to remember him in you fortune. Act fast as the bank will confiscate the money in the next two weeks. This will touch you.

With the sentences the USA hands out it's amazing how got off so lightly. He probably paid no restitution but did pay the government a few million because it has nothing to do with justice, only money power and control. I'd put the needle in him and sleep like a baby.
