Minx debuted in April 2014 and disbanded in November 2016. After the rebranding and adding 2 new members (Gahyeon & Handong) Dreamcatcher debuted on January (Friday) 13th 2017. January 2022 was their 5th anniversary. Yes they are 3rd gen.
A little more info...
Minx was under Happyface Entertainment. Dreamcatcher started under Happyface but in 2019 Happyface created Dreamcatcher Company which is solely responsible for supporting and promoting Dreamcatcher.
