When I was a small child, you were always hearing ice cream truck music in my neighborhood, even at night. However, no one ever laid eyes on said ice cream truck. It was very concerning for a small child.
In the town I previously lived in, there was an elderly couple in a retirement home. The husband died of natural causes, but instead of reporting his death, his wife wrapped his body up in plastic bags and hid his body in the freezer FOR 10 YEARS... He was discovered after his wife also died of natural causes. The unsolved part is why she did it.. she seemingly wanted to keep receiving his monthly retirement income, but nobody knows..

I lived in the town next to Vidor, TX. It was & is still a scandal. Investigation was bungled big time. I feel sorry for the father.
