yes i can confirm the feeling of "nakedness" When in my friends Jeep the 1st couple of times at a red light when other drivers are staring at your legs/feet.... just feels very weird lol
There are a ton of hardtops for sale here. Some ppl are buying but most are not. Dealers are making base 68k around here. Jeeps will the favorite is dealers dont go back to normal.
You can avoid the garbage and debris entering the cab by installing front mud guards. I installed a set on my 4 door Sasquatch and with the doors off and top back I had no issues with debris getting into the cab. Have fun with the doors off!
Build and price is often later than when you can start building them so either hope to find an order guide online, watch my channel or sit down with a sales consultant as they have access to the order guide. I'll cover the Maverick order guide, Bronco order guide and whonknlws what other model right here on the tube
There's little predictability when ordering a Bronco, because if the stars are in alignment, gaming the system does not matter. Had it not been for Dirt Mountain, my order was finalized on 5/4/21, my VIN was assigned 20 days later on 5/24/21, and my Bronco rolled off the assembly line 8/5/21, just 3 months after placing my order. That was a 2 door OBX 2.7 advanced 4x4 with the Lux and Tow packages. 3 Months, and that was with no reservation prior to 2021. Bottom line is that you should order what you want.
Great intel mpeugeot. Mind you was yours chosen not to advance because it is a model that some are waiting 2 years for thus thoseicrochips were prioritized into a much older order? Full constraint orders at least locally, have always taken 8 months plus to arrive. However partially constraint have been fast such as a Sasquatch Badlands soft top that took 5 months
@@Johnnyscarcarereviews You really can't get more microchips than the Lux and Tow packages. On top of that mine was a 2 door, which is really always constrained. The point being is that we've seen people waiting 2 years and others only waiting 4 months for essentially the same spec and in some cases even down to the same color. Not to mention that every first edition delivered was chock full of constraints.
Hello Johnny I would go with doors on top down for me anyway. And I think I know who rules the roost in your family WINSTON LOL thanks 4 the information and video.
I read that Webasko, bronco hard top manufacturer, has invested $200m to increase production capacity. Do you see that helping with hard top wait times anytime soon?
I've seen Jeeps with doors off periodically. I'm a little leary of driving around town that way because of concern over getting broad-sided. My niece's ex-fiancé was riding his motorcycle back in May and was struck by a car when a woman made an illegal U-turn. Both his tibia and fibula in one leg were snapped and he had a compound fracture. His surgeon was able to save his leg but he has a very long recovery. My sister sent me a picture of his leg and you could have convinced me he had stepped on an IED in Iraq based on how it looked. 😧
I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds horrible. I don't have Data on the results of a side crash without doors but as far as impact is concerned the only difference I believe would be in regards to debris which could ofcourse cause bodily damage
@@Johnnyscarcarereviews I think a tall vehicle like another Bronco, Jeep or pickup could potentially hit your body directly if you were driving with doors off in a side collision. That's why Ford offers structural tube doors for people who want to drive a lot with doors off. In a lot of states in the US, it's illegal to drive on normal vehicle traffic roads with your doors off, though police often don't enforce it.
Nice presentation

Marie was like nope. Not driving. She hide on the passenger side so no issues with 2 lane back roads.

J. STANG GREAT ADVICE. I HAVE FRONT SASQ guards on order.
It seems like most off-roaders don't put them on because they are easy to break off on the trail.
@@TugHillGuy I have gone off road plenty and have not had any issues with my mud flaps hitting boulders or other objects.
@@jp335i Thanks, that's valuable information!
I found this video to be very informative about running around without the top and doors as to what it’s like to do so.
Ridgview thank you for watching amd for taking the time to leave a comment t and as such support and encourage the team.
At approx. 10:00 Johnny says "This is a 28° F day, so very hot." I'm guessing he meant 28° C which is approx 84° F. 🙂
George great catch and yes indeed. 28c but humid. Humidity changes everything.
Any word when they will update the build and price to the MY23?

I know last year when the MY22 came out the build and price I think updated September? With order banks opening in October

Yes. I did part of an episode on this recently.

Looks good with no doors for a little cruse.
The new Bronco, isn’t a Bronco.
Binkystalls what would you say it is?
