Thanks. Step 1 should be to ensure that one is more to the opposite side of the target parking spot. Meaning, if the target spot is on the left (as in this video), the vehicle should be safely positioned more to the right side, as much as possible to avoid hitting a vehicle/to give enough room to swing in. I wish you had shared this. This is very important especially for newbies.

I took lessons, although my professor tried, he couldn’t make me feel comfortable enough, I was very very anxious about my road test but just a couple of days ago I found this channel and your way of teaching helped me to feel calm and confident. Everyone has different methods.. Some said to turn the wheel all the way until it locks, you say just 1. 2nd day driving with my new car and I realized I definitely overturn and am too close to the RIGHT side lines when I get into the spot. I'll try 1 turn later and see.
