For what it's worth, Coach Outlet has a nice pill box (in canvas or black leather). It has eight compartments. I put my meds in it, but I also have an Ellen Tracy seven day pill box in a coated canvas pouch. In that one, I have various pills for headaches, allergies, etc. and I just put labels over the days of the week. It's my portable pharmacy!

If you're talking about the speedy 30 classic version then no I wouldn't recommend attaching a crossbody strap as it might ruin the bag since it was intended to be used as a top handle bag. Hope that helps!
Unfortunately I haven't left the country in years lol so all of my traveling has been within Canada. But if I did need a passport then I would place it in the back pocket along with the boarding passes. Hope that helps and thanks for watching 🥰
