Idk if it’s just me but I like how Moze slowly dwidled down to being a lot more sarcastic and silly as the story progressed. At first she was addressing her whole title to Claptrap. Then near the end she flat out yelled “BLOOD FEUUUUUUUUD” like Vaughn
It's the nice thing about WELL WRITTEN 1st person protags. It's not an easy thing to do, but seeing as the only means of development is in the voice lines, a well written and performed va can do a lot. Currently doing a zane playthrough, but I did moze first and had a thoroughly good time.

The truth is that you play a person playing a video game. The four playable characters are actually just sitting on a couch somewhere with a Nintendo light gun and pretending to play Borderlands 3 like it's Duck Hunt. It makes the most sense.

Yeah I was expecting a female brick but what we got was honestly not that great. I mean she's fine and fun as a character but I don't remember laughing at any of her lines.
I'm a okay with that, honestly i was really hapoy when i found out she was so arrogant and prideful in her fighting capabilities. Sure it's ond note but with how cocky she is over it all i love it
Moze is actually the most normal out of the vault hunters of all the games- she's not a siren, not an eccentric or psycho, and specializing in mech combat means she doesn't need the action heroness of the other soldier vault hunters. Basically Roland and her are the most normal and stable of all the vault hunters, but Roland got to be an NPC in another game to show off some quirks, which were basically that he is the serious one who takes most things super calmly. Moze doesn't have his experience in letting the weirdness slide.
I was hoping someone would do this, but I wondered if anyone would give how time-intensive it would be. Thanks for taking one for the team, hopefully you'll get the watch count to pay dividends for the hard work!
Super glad you put this up, really looking forward to the next part. I've been waiting for dialogue vids since the game's release. Also, it's really interesting to see how different they all are. Zane seems to have got the 'sillier' lines, FL4K is serious to a comedic degree, Moze and Amara are probably the most similar in how straightlaced they are (especially compared to Zane), but you could pretty easily tell their lines apart, even if it was just text.
Moze definitely for me. Her voice sounds so...normal. Not saying the other VH's have bad performances , it's just that Moze has an "everyday person" kinda voice. It's hard for me to describe.
There is an option with lilith to not equip the grenade mod, all four vault hunter have a line like "eh, ill equip it later" Lilith will say "Its your funeral"
"I'm Zane, and you're the lady from me brain!" And his other line when killing enemies "You couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo!" 😂 Gotta loves Zane's dialogue
Amara is surprisingly chill. Being the "I wanna fight everything" muscle head, I really didn't expect such cool attitude. Zane is still the coolest character personality-wise though. Fl4k is... interesting, and Moze just comes off very soldiery. Not meant as an insult or complaint. Thank you for this video, truly. I always love hearing the different dialogue lines but rarely have the attention span to replay entire games to hear them all.
I'm just waiting for more of Zane's stuff, his reactions to the Ratch mind thing and the Guardians is quite.. Well, literally me. Which makes him quite the best accidental choice I ever went with.
Amara's subtitle while grabbing the vault key fragment wrongly notes as Va Va... It's "Wah, Wah" in hindi, it's an expression which loosely translates to "great!" Also, great content...subbed

There's a dialogue option you missed with all 4 characters, it's not a complaint I'm just saying that, if you don't equip the grenade mod and talk to lilith you still get the dialogue but you hear them say something... Unique.. Edit: Forgot to say nice work on doing this, again though it's going to be a nightmare when gearbox releases DLC characters.. Still credit where it's due Excellent job 9/10 here's a like

@@todinson9054 I dont think they will release additional skill trees as dlc. That would literally be locking additional functions behind a paywall, and gearbox does not want that. But they will most likely be released as a free update! If the rumours are true that is!

I love how Zane has both humour and respect at all times, like being an animal filled with optimism at some times but then again saying "Condolences." to Vaughn or "They'll be singing songs about that one!" when killing a badass, as he acknowledges the enemy as a respected member of the opposing team, not just a strong, rewarding kill like we all do That being said, I'm glad that I started as him and still play as him. "Someday, when you're old enough, we'll get absolutely shitefaced and sing songs about her till our throats go hoarse."

Great video, thanks for the upload mate! I've played FL4K myself, and I do think he has the most epic lines ever. The way he speaks and calls things is just so unique and beautiful. The way he was able to insult Rhys' mustache was just phenomenal. Others were good too - but far from being as epic as FL4K.

Zane seems to have got the 'sillier' lines, FL4K is serious to a comedic degree, Moze and Amara are probably the most similar in how straightlaced they are (especially compared to Zane), but you could pretty easily tell their lines apart, even if it was just text.
Moze definitely for me. Her voice sounds so...normal. Not saying the other VH's have bad performances , it's just that Moze has an "everyday person" kinda voice. It's hard for me to describe.

There is an option with lilith to not equip the grenade mod, all four vault hunter have a line like "eh, ill equip it later" Lilith will say "Its your funeral"
Honestly I feel like FL4K has the best voice lines as it seems they match the character npc dialogue a lot more then other characters

Zane is the more sympathetic and humanized character, which is why he’s my favorite.
Amara is surprisingly chill. Being the "I wanna fight everything" muscle head, I really didn't expect such cool attitude. Zane is still the coolest character personality-wise though. Fl4k is... interesting, and Moze just comes off very soldiery. Not meant as an insult or complaint.
Thank you for this video, truly. I always love hearing the different dialogue lines but rarely have the attention span to replay entire games to hear them all.

There's a dialogue option you missed with all 4 characters, it's not a complaint I'm just saying that, if you don't equip the grenade mod and talk to lilith you still get the dialogue but you hear them say something... Unique..

Gearbox said they have no plans for DLC characters in the foreseeable future. So you're gonna be waiting for quite a while.
There's a rumour that the dlc will be additional skill trees for the characters.
@@todinson9054 I dont think they will release additional skill trees as dlc. That would literally be locking additional functions behind a paywall, and gearbox does not want that. But they will most likely be released as a free update! If the rumours are true that is!

I love how Zane has both humour and respect at all times, like being an animal filled with optimism at some times but then again saying "Condolences." to Vaughn or "They'll be singing songs about that one!" when killing a badass, as he acknowledges the enemy as a respected member of the opposing team, not just a strong, rewarding kill like we all do
That being said, I'm glad that I started as him and still play as him.

I've played FL4K myself, and I do think he has the most epic lines ever. The way he speaks and calls things is just so unique and beautiful.
The way he was able to insult Rhys' mustache was just phenomenal.
Others were good too - but far from being as epic as FL4K.
