It would be n-ice to see you use ice, it’s an underrated monotype with snow+aurora veil set up by mons like alolan ninetales and abomasnow(mega or non mega), sweepers like shell smash cloyster and dragon/swords dance baxcalibur and wall breakers like chien pao and mega glalie. Also for the rock challenge, it would be cool to see a sticky web team with shuckle for the set up and mega diancie, a Pokémon with 160 offenses and 110 speed. It is a very strong wall breaker that has a good speed tier that’s unfortunately not as good due to speed creep from newer generations. Sticky web would greatly benefit it so it can outspeed more pokemon and get kos. Great video btw!

I think tyrantum would be too good for this gym. Have Rock Head ability and headsmash being one of the main rock type moves on your list. Then you have a 10/10 tyrantum. The only issue will be speed but set ot with dragon dance and nothing will stop it.
