One of the best engines ever produced! Great as stock but also high HP with a lot of tuning parts!
And they are cheap
And the best compromise achievable for everyone is a simple remap and res delete
i had one 1.8 20vt AUM golf Gti with 240hp I crashed and I bought another one..150 hp waiting for the tune.. one of the greatest engines of VAG!
Sounds like you only need the 150hp 😂

Bought a cheap beat up Audi A3 1.8 20VT. Most of the car is falling apart, but the engine is bulletproof. Im gonna restore it and give it some more power! Gotta love those small turbocars!
Thats what im doing with my mk4 jetta wolfsburg 1.8t 5 speed. Interior is trash so is the front fenders. Wanna restore it to its former glory. With a 60mm turbo and a stage 2 clutch she shits and gits buddy.
I wanted to do that too, when I bought cheap Octavia.. but the car’s almost destroyed, rust is everywhere, engine consumes lot of oil, and so on.. I think it has to go later, because I don’t have time, energy and funds to do this project properly..

@@lex_4242 B16s are hardly the best Honda engines, K20/K24 hybrid long block big turbo all day. B18C6 Is the type R teggy motors those are great too but the 1.8t is better.
