@TrustCloud: I'm not sure I fully understand the concept of 'Tiers.' Why am I filling in the 'Tiers' section myself? According to 6:41, we need to upload the completed assessment given by our client, and it should automatically populate some of the field of this form. If that's the case, why do we need to fill in the 'Tier' information manually in the first place?
