I still remember Mrs. Umme Hani Khanam, mother of Mr. Mujahidul Islam Selim, who served as a President of the Dhaka City unit of Bangladesh Mohila Parishad. My mother also served on the executive committee of this progressive women's rights organization. I have always admired his leadership and commitment to the left emancipation movement in Bangladesh. Unfortunately, the government has never appreciated his sacrifice.

অ সাধারণ সত্য গল্পের সুন্দর কথোপকথন । সমৃদ্ধ হলাম। যদিও জানতাম আবার নিজের বিস্মৃতির ঝালাই কৃত হলাম। সেলিম ভাই যদি ও অনুজ ,মেধা ও জ্ঞ্যান বিজ্ঞান ও আত্ম ত্যাগের শিক্ষক বলবো নির্বিদ্বধায়।তাকে আমি স্যালুট ও লাল সালাম ।আমি নিজে ছাএ ছাএ জীবনে পথ ভ্রষ্ট হয়ে জীবন থেকে থেকে মূল্যবান সময় হারিয়ে ছিলাম । আমরা ছাএ ইউনিয়ন কিছু বন্ধু সান্নিধ্যে আমি আজকের একটা সুন্দর জীবনের অধিকারী।আমি ও সেই আদর্শ বা স্বপ্ন নিয়ে বা তার জন্য যথা সম্ভব চেষ্টা আমৃত্য খাটিয়ে যাব।সমাজ তন্ত্র কিংবা সাম্যে আমি সম্পূর্ণ বিশ্বাসী। জয় হউক শ্রমবাদী মানুষের।
