From your explanation of a void contract… Sir, you said it is an agreement that is legally and enforceable.. I thought void contracts are illegal and unenforceable
Hello. I must have said that " it's a contract which is legally unenforceable." In the most unlikely event that i didn't, then, that's what i truly meant. Kindly look at an alternative definition of the same under the Blacks law dictionary as follows: " A contract that is of no legal effect, so that there is really no contract in existence at all" page 374, 9th Edition by Bryan A Garner.
Sir what's the difference between void and voidable contracts
Void means it's" invalid." Voidable means it's valid until the party who is wronged elects to cancel the same.
