The update starts at 00:06:00. Better late than never, astro-fam! I promised you I would share my Saturn return personal stories, so here we are tonight.
My Saturn return was one of the most memorable, exciting periods of my life. I got married, moved countries, quit my job and began grad school and started a whole new life. I was able to focus on hobbies since I was not working and realized some new hobbies. I also travelled a lot. Mine was in Sagittarius in my 5th house. 🏡
My Saturn Return was in Capricorn! It was awesome, probably when my life finally became easy. I had an extremely difficult childhood. I was finally able to break things off with a narcissist, I quit a shitty job to become self employed, sold my house and made a ton of cash, and now I make twice as much money doing half the work I used to! I took 2 years off of work entirely which is something I thought I'd never be able to do. Best time of my life. I have Saturn in Cap in the 7th house as part of a stellium with Rahu, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, and Sun.
I really respect that you have ethics when it comes to your profession. I don’t think it’s naive or pointless. Quite the contrary. Specifically to advertising, you might find the documentary The Mindscape of Alan Moore and what he says about advertising interesting.
My Saturn return starts soon as mine is in Pisces. I now am pregnant and engaged so you’re right about Saturn returns changing my life with a pregnancy, marriage etc. My Saturn is in my 9th house.
I am also a Saturn in Aquarius and honey.... it was a painstaking journey! Being a Capricorn rising & Cap stellium, I thought it would have been a walk in the park because I am familiar with Saturn energies, boy was I wrong. Saturn is NOT a fun teacher and I will not sugarcoat it coz it is what it is! It felt very lonely too; despite having my parents and my sisters and my friends always in contact - in retrospect probably it was I who self-isolated not necessarily my people withdrawing from me. Some astrologers always say the return will only be felt at the exact degree it happened but from my experience - and from what you said in the video too - the intensity is felt throughout the 3 years. I have Saturn at 0degrees too but the whole of 2020-20203 was a hurricane. I also feel, despite my return being over, the dust is still settling and I am just now starting to rebuild and see through the smoke. I feel like after the return, you do not get your footing immediately, it takes some months. Then you collect the lessons from Saturn and start rebuilding after the smoke clears. I do feel my finances will see recovery from next year despite my return ending this year. I have my natal Saturn in the second (whomp whomp) and the great restrictor really closed the tap on my money. I was the brokest I have ever been especially in 2022. I have been so broke, completely rock bottom, completely down & out, I am not scared of it anymore because I survived it but I wish not to be in that place ever again. What lesson did I learn? I need to have stronger financial reserves, especially as a freelancer. I am also thinking about pivoting into a more stable career; in as much as freelancing is fun, the income is intermittent. I need a better foundation: bountiful savings & regular income. I need to get my money right, and that may mean changing careers or having a second job (I have transiting south node in my tenth too hahaha) so a change of career is coming in hot. I have very financially abundant parents, and they can save me any second I ask for money. But I know for my own well being & self-actualization, I need to also have my finances in order coz mom & dad won't be here forever. My natal 2h Saturn is my least favorite placement, but I will work with it and see where it will get me.
tuned in, not because i experience saturn in aqua or pieces, but because 'saturn transit story' is always a story of deep transformation... and i like stories of deep transformation. then listening, i heard saturn is in your 8th house! ha! i was not disappointed. meaningful testimony is healing for all. well done, thanks 🌱🦋🍂🍃🍀👏👍 and all the best 🌿🏵🌿
Thank you for doing this video. I am going through my second Saturn return, Pisces Saturn in 8th house. My moon is also in Pisces. I’m feeling the same way you did. Thank you for validating. What I am feeling! You are the best!
Hello, am doing my proyect on a documentary about Saturn from a astronomical-simbols and psicological and astrological perspective and generational memories, I also had my saturn return in the 8th house and it was intense. Cheers from Chile
Always full of great information, Rux! My husband and I have Saturn returns one after the other, so six years of upheaval, lol! Each time, we've made major life changes: long-distance house moves; radical changes in the job sphere; philosophical deep-dives. I'm starting my second return, and again, it's a major reinvention. I'm glad you're around to help light the way. 😊
I also have saturn in aquarius. At the 4th house......😢 I don't know if I've learned something during.. It was a Rollercoaster.. I feel like now I'm putting the pazzel pieces together.. my partner and I for 4 years broke up at march 2023 And now pluto is going to be in aquarius.. 4th house again.... I feel like I'm going to be alone for the rest of my life with no stable home and it's so sad.😢
Thank you for sharing!! I have Saturn in the 8th house as well. My saturn return was very similar to yours but I did watch a loved one die from ALS. I always say... if I can get through that time in my life, I can get through anything. It did eventually led me to Astrology and I'm super spiritual now.
Rux, I felt so identified with your story. I had my Saturn return exactly at the same time as you. I believe I had some of my most critical crisis during this time, but I learnt so much during the process. I was a school teacher and during the return, I developed my own business (I also had always said that I would never have a business of my own, much less using technology). I have an online school of English and exactly like you did I overworked during the first years of it and it is only now that I have learnt my the value of my work. Thanks for sharing your story! It feels so great to relate. I am from Argentina and I am watching this from US. I send lots of hugs to you and all my gratitude.
Thank you for sharing Rux! I have heavy Saturn placements in my chart in the 8th house and feel like I’ve gone through exactly what you’ve mentioned many times before, and I haven’t even reached my Saturn return yet! 😅
During my 1st. Saturn return I ( not knowing ) engendered my older son. But my divorce occured during my Jupiter return. It was shocking for me when I discovered that fact; but then I saw and heard a video in which someone explained that Jupiter can provoque divorces if it´s good for the native.
Aww, as an Aquarius you're a natural born astrologer Rux ☺👀🤓❤ thank you for sharing your story, I always enjoy listening to you explaining astrology in such a way that anyone can understand, always so generous with others ❤
Thank you so much for sharing Rux! My 8th house Saturn return started in March, isn't exact until March 2024. 🎉 I've never really found a well rounded explanation of 8th house other than terrible scary stuff! 😢 so thank you for sharing your wisdom and well rounded story!! (I'm starting to realize I have to prioritize meditation too!)
You know I see videos around that relate this Saturn return to whatever sun sign a person is, but yeah there’s also natal Saturn positions. I guess both apply. My natal Saturn is in the third house. I still haven’t figured out how it might be affected by the Saturn return. If at all.
The Saturn return does not refer to the transit of Saturn through our Sun sign, but through the sign our natal Saturn is placed in, hence why it's called a 'return'.
@@WrittenintheStarsbyRux ok I’m going to get way too confused so I’ll just agree 😂. I might also be confusing what I thought I meant with something else. Thank you for the reply. 😊
Hi Rux! Can you do a video on how the Saturn in return in Pisces could manifest in the 12 houses? I have my Saturn return in Pisces conjunct my moon in the third house and the sign Pisces also rules my whole 4th house.
Is the correct ending from the saturn return, when the transiting saturn is not conjuncting a natal saturn anymore or when the transiting saturn is leaving the house of the natal chart completly which the saturn is in?
My Saturn return in Capricorn wasn’t bad but my 8th house Saturn in Aquarius transit was the worst three years of my life smh. I still haven’t rebounded.
What if my Saturn, in my birth chart, is Retrograde in Scorpio, in my 5th House? Does it mean that, every time Saturn is Retrograde in Scorpio and in my 5th house, I will have a Saturn Return?
For an easy way, you can look up Saturn return calculator and input your birth date. It will tell you when transit Saturn will return to where it was when you were born.
Wow, what a horrible experience. You might have hard natal aspects involving the 9th house. Danger in foreign countries. I have Mars squaring my Ascendant from the 9th. For me, if I travel abroad I’d thoroughly check out my astrology first. Violence and worse in a foreign place are possible with what I’ve got.
@@WrittenintheStarsbyRux OK, that’s good, glad to hear it. That’s why I said “might have” hard aspects. Sometimes it’s just a concerning transit or progression that doesn’t involve a natal aspect. As of course you know. When I read about your experience it reminded me of how I’ve got a scary thing related to foreign travel built into my own natal chart.

Meditation is foundation for everything. Cause allows us to have that space between us and our mind and feelings.

Oh wow now I get why it's so difficult to express myself. And why I feel like I need to prove myself a lot. Saturn squares my sun and rising.
😮
This was so good to hear. I appreciate your personal stories, showing us how Saturn can affect us. Thank you!!

I have Saturn in the 8th in Aquarius as well , I didn’t get a tax return for all 3 years lol

Coming into 2nd Saturn return
Yep.

My Saturn 🪐 is in Scorpio ♏️

What would your advice be for Saturn in the 4th? (In Libra I might add)
I have also have Saturn in the 8th house with Aquarius can u please tell me after I get married is there any harm to my wife.
What if my Saturn, in my birth chart, is Retrograde in Scorpio, in my 5th House? Does it mean that, every time Saturn is Retrograde in Scorpio and in my 5th house, I will have a Saturn Return?
Can I get a tldr?
