I DO agree with you! Although the entire album is a masterpiece, 'Sick Boi, part 2' remains my favourite track on the album! Most reactors ignore it. The tests they did came back normal, they couldn't figure out what was wrong, so they tried to tell him it was all in his head, that he was somehow making himself sick by having negative thoughts or other mental issues, which was absolutely incorrect. He was told to meditate, do positive thinking etc, while he actually had Lyme disease wrecking his body for yrs and yrs while no doctor thought to test him for it. He talks about medical gaslighting & how he was let down by the medical system in other places, too. And they gave him medication for mental illness, which he didn't have, so of course the meds made him worse & actually gave him psychological side effects!
