Your routines are amazing!! Do you guys have a training plan that you have to complete otherwise you can´t leave the gym?? Or do you guys follow a schedule hahah
Woah! I love rhythmic gymnastics but I don’t where to start. Do you have any videos on what you did to get this flexible or any tips? Edit: Ok nvm I looked on your yt channel and you have some. You are absolutely good at your sport! You look amazing and in shape. Your one of my many rhythmic gymnast role models!
Wow tysm!! Yeah some of my beginner back and splits stretching tutorials would be good, along with my basic apparatus handling tutorials 🥰 best of luck with your training!!
I think with balances it comes down to being strong and squared in whatever position you're holding. It's really important that your support leg is nice and strong (and a strong core/back depending on the balance), and you want to think about pulling upward in your balances, kind of like you're attached to a string. hope this helps!
My daughter is 7. She started gymnastic recently. I saw rhythmic gymnastics and think she would be great at it given her natural talents. My questions: 1) do you have training in other disciplines (ballet, gymnastics, jazz dance etc.) that help you be successful in rhythmic gymnastics? 2) we live in Kansas USA, are there any good schools or associations that you would recommend? 3) At what age do you begging training in this specific discipline? 4) what other disciplines give you an advantage when transitioning to rhythmic gymnastics? Thank you 🙏🏼
That's great to hear your daughter might start in the sport! In rhythmic gymnastics, we do a lot of ballet work to help with our lines, but any kind of dance or gymnastics background can be helpful when getting started! I started rg when I was 7, and I know of many others that started around that age so I think your daughter will be just fine! I'm from Canada so I'm not too sure of any rg clubs in Kansas...maybe the USA gymnastics website will help: www.usagym.org/pages/find/gym.html Hope this helps, and best of luck to your daughter in rg!
@@SophieCrane thank you for taking the time to answer. God bless you and keep striving towards your dreams. You are an amazing athlete. See you on tv when you win gold. Respectfully, Coach Nin
We call it an elastic band, or sometimes a stretching or resistance band. You can find the VNT one here: venturelli.ca/online-store/ols/products/vnt-rezistance-band (this is the one I was using in the video :)

Your routines are amazing!! Do you guys have a training plan that you have to complete otherwise you can´t leave the gym?? Or do you guys follow a schedule hahah

Can't wait
Me too
How can I improve my balances please give some tips

I used to hate going to training because the oversplits stretches are so painful.(I cried) but now I can manage the pain. ( But sometimes I still cry)
Yeah I feel you! Never been a big fan of super intense stretches either 😅
Roblimchian Where are you from

Do you do all 4 apparatus each day or do you only do 2 a day like in the video?
We usually get through 2 apparatus a day like in this video 😊
I do rg for 8 months and I can't do back walkover is that normal?😊❤️
yes that is very normal! It takes a while to learn new skills, and back walkovers are not the easiest!
