I am surprised by your reply. There is a hair school in Chicago called Pivot Point. I was going to study at that school 20 years ago, but my US visa was rejected and I couldn't attend that school. It was a school I wanted to go to. However, here in Korea as well, the school education program is there, so I learned it. It’s just to tap away the hair that he cuts off. He says it’s a habit that he acquired over the years from cutting hair.
