Dear sir,
I think salary is indirect Expenses. Cause Trading a/c Exclude it. In other word it is office or administration Exp. which is always count in indirect Exp, if different expenses incurred with in the factory area which is known as direct exp. like wages, power & fuel. carriage in ward etc.
