Today I watched dis video and understands very well... U r doing a great job mam
I just noticed in almost all exceptions u mentioned here there is a consonant between two vowels like
Agent, ego, equal, idol, iron, total, human, music
May be it's not a rule but i think it helps a lot 😊

Hi.. the rule which you are talking about (called "when two vowels walking first one does the talking") is true in case of vowels pairs ay, ai, ea, ie, oe & few more.... but not in ou.
oy, ou, oi, ow are called dipthongs/gliding vowels. In dipthongs two vowels make special sound. You start with one vowel and glide towards other like in ou - cloud, oy - boy, oi- boil
