Yes, It was very sad for the 12 but after his ressurection they understood that Jesus mus come through death and that even means letting Judas betray him and surrending him to the enemy.
The enemy thought it was their victory but Jesus came victorious after the resurrection. Jesus paid what he's not done becauee he loves us.

I can't even begin to imagine the anguish He must have felt those moments before He was captured. He knew what was coming for Him and even though the human nature of His, naturally came out for a second, He still willingly and bravely did what He came to do to save the world. This is beyond amazing. There are no words to descripe an act like this. Regardless of someone believing or not, Jesus' story is the greatest example of selfless love. I read a comment of someone that said that they don't believe that He is a real person, but still His story is something that they find wonderful and loving. And it's true. His story is all about love. It's the greatest story ever told about the greatest man to ever exist.

I'm a Christian, and I came here because I'm trying to gain my love back for Christ. As of late, I feel so angry with Him, and fed up with our relationship. It seems to me that all He does is ever chastise me, and I can never get it right. I want to get to know Him better, and have a different outlook on Christ, so that I may rekindle my spark for Him. Some of the stuff I looked up, earlier, from the titles of it, it'll lead me further away from Christ, so I didn't watch it. Please keep me in your prayers.
