Even with all the Menhera Hime goes through, I do admire her sweet side. She really is a pure heart deep inside all of the chaos that she stirs up. Hime is a one-of-a-kind Vtuber, and I’m glad I found Hime-tan by chance.

You don't know what you're talking about. It detects several parameters, including your skin's resistance, breath, movement and yes, heartbeat.
The one Rie uses is bs, it's a literal toy, but the real deal is a bit more serious than that
