You said in the field "manufacturer" we type in our brand name but if ordering from alibaba we type in supplier name.
Do we still type in the brand name in the field if the manufacturer from alibaba is customizing our product to be designed with our brand? or do we type in the name of the supplier in this case?

For mine, it's asking for the capacity. Do I put the capacity of only one singular, or is it more like units with multiple things being stored, and it's for the whole supply that's being sent?

I have a quick question. In order for me to add my product on Amazon I need to have my brand approved. I can’t get my brand approved because I don’t have the products in hand yet. I was going to ship directly to Amazon but I can’t because in order to create a shipping I need the product listed. Should I have my supplier send the product directly to me and then take pictures for brand approval? Or have them send me a sample with my logo on it first?
As a FBM, how do you add in what the shipping will be? I price the book at $5 but what if shipping is $5?

I was up until 2 am trying to list my first product, I’m order for me to get an exemption for a GTIN I had to register my brand, I own the LlC and the LlC owns the brand. When asked who owned the brand I answered me. Perhaps this was the problem since my application was rejected because of one of these reasons a) your account has been involved in abusive conduct on our store, b) you are related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct, c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification, or d) we have identified that the attorney/law firm that filed the trademark application cited in your Brand Registry application has been previously disciplined or reported by the USPTO for violating USPTO's rules and regulations.I appealed with all the trademark forms needed. What are your thoughts ?

I listed some products on my amazon store, all products are Generic. But when ever i check the product out on a friends PC it shows "Currently Unavailable" and i can't add to cart.
i've reach out to amazon representatives but i didn't get a positive response.
Also, could by Business address cuase my product showing currently Unavailable??? because i reside in Nigeria, and my return address is US
I have serious doubts if anyone can confirm. Item package and dimensions is one piece that we are selling to the customer and not the package that will be shipped to the Amazon from our supplier is that correct ? In my previous item listing I actually added the whole package that will be sent to Amazon by the supplier i.e one whole box with my items in it( almost 50 pieces) total weight 16 kg. Please someone answer this. And does it makes any difference In Amazon fees if we make a new product or use Asin of an existing product. Please do help. Thank you.
