You're mostly right. The Sub-Mariner first appeared in Motion Picture Funnies Weekly, and John Romita rejoined Marvel in 1966. There may be a few other mistakes.

THE HUMAN TORCH didn’t appear in the 70’s FANTASTIC 4 cartoon, because MARVEL had already sold off his animation rights, separately from the rest of the team, the same reason why he didn’t appear in SPIDER-MAN AND HIS AMAZING FRIENDS; he has appeared in every other animated version EXCEPT that one

Funny the ups and downs of the comic business, how it was big, then shrank, then had the silver age, then Marvel almost went bankrupt, and now the cinematic universe. I loved the Thanos copter; I hope the include it in one of the movies ◕‿↼

As hilariously inane that would be if it were true, Marvel did not exclude the Human Torch from the 1970's FANTASTIC FOUR cartoon series (I hated H.E.R.B.I.E., by the way) because they were afraid of children trying to imitate Johnny Storm and immolating themselves. The fact is that another production company had bought the rights to that character so that they could produce a solo Human Torch cartoon series. However, that never came to fruition.
