PnG - Music & Covers I would say that minecrafterno2 has the most accurate composition, I couldn’t find a single wrong note if I tried. The only problem is that it’s missing 16th notes in the background (because it's supposed to be a playable version). But it perfectly has all of the really subtle bass in every part, which Ilrell’s version was a tiny bit weak on here and there. You did very well on the touch of the notes-some are more delicately/lightly played than others (I forgot the musical term for that, I should get back into piano). There were transitions in the volume that I haven’t found anywhere else except ATSOL itself. The main thing in yours is that sometimes the notes sound an octave too high and/or aren’t connected to each other (legato they call it) when they should be. But a great job nonetheless! Every version has its strengths. Really the key is to listen to the original ATSOL song at 0.5x speed-that way you can hear every 16th note with clarity (0.25x speed causes distortion/blocky audio) and easily distinguish multiple melodies being played at the same time and make your version part by part. I really wish I could somehow use Synthesia to make my own version...
PnG - Music & Covers It would be really cool if someone could overlay every version. Put yours on top of Ilrell’s on top of NeXter’s on top of minecrafterno2’s and you’ll match the energy of the original. It’s hard to replicate that multiple-instrument sort of...pace? feel? with one piano piece.
PnG - Music & Covers There is also a version I just found by a channel called Algol Ladisa that has a perfectly-accurate main melody, it’s just the tempo (playing speed) is the tiniest bit too slow and there are no background melodies. The transitions from measure to measure are also sometimes off and are often in different (and wrong) keys out of nowhere, making the piece seem spliced together.

Here is the Apocalyptic Trilogy starts to ends. Cataclysm: 0:02 - 1:25, Bloodbath: 1:24 - 3:16 and Aftermath: 3:06 - 4:10. Bloodbath being the hardest and Aftermath being the second hardest.
People have been really fighting over which is harder in the Apocalyptic Trilogy, between Bloodbath and Aftermath because I agree with Evw (btw best outro ever) that Aftermath has harder parts than Bloodbath for example the first wave. A lot of people say that that is the hardest part of the level but really the ship where you have to think with gravity switches is way harder to me and ericvanwilderman.
Another reason why they have been having a tough choice between those two is because Aftermath is shorter and is only 1 minute long so not even Cataclysm can compare to its length. So overall bloodbath is the hardest level in the Apocalyptic Trilogy. If you think Aftermath is the hardest don't worry about me confronting you because no matter what I respect your opinion.
