On top of that i think it has symbolic meaning tied to the plot of the movie. The use of white lights and colors associated with Kevin flynn represents purity and good, where the reddish orange associated with C.L.U represents corruption amd darkness. They're both two parts of the same person, dark and light, yin and yang. This toy encapsulates that, both in the sense that they use the same colors and can be merged into one whole or seperated. Whoever decided to add it into Tron Legacy was a genius.

It was certainly worth it for me because I had it as a kid but this was the only one I could buy. The connection is plastic so I think they will break if you flex it too much. The plastic stickers will also erode away if handled too much and get sticky and peel off. For me, I exercised it a bit and now it sits in a display case for viewing.

If someone made a more sturdy version (say anodised aluminium or just aluminium with stickers) I would be happy to pay $65 or even more. I find a bit dissapointing that has memory and wants to unfold. Don't get me wrong I think this is a very cool toy but it has its drawbacks.
