I‘m a tattoo artist & I‘m looking for a pov mount to get some shots of my work flow. This thing seems to make a nice job BUT I don’t move my shoulders much while working & I think the shots would be better & more interesting if the mount would be attached to my head instead..? 🤔 Thank you for your good & honest review ! great job!
yeah I see what you mean. This is probably quicker and easier to set up with your phone for quick shots. But a head mount (which would probably have to be a gopro) would get more dynamic shots as you're moving your head but will be slightly more awkward to get the shots.
@ yeah that‘s exactly what I thought! This thing is easier to set up & more convenient to use but a head mount more dynamic but weird to use :D the other day I saw a video of a guy building his own mount with a bike helmet + some plastic rods & that‘s how he didn’t have to attach the phone to his forehead 😄
I think it would depend on the vehicle. The phone sits about 15cm/6inches below your chin so it might be a little too low to be able to see the road properly. But if your seat is high and the steering wheel is low, then it might work!
@BarbsterFilms very good to know! I have one here that I adjust to stay at a maximum distance of 20 centimeters from the eyes. I know it looks close but without glasses I'm a little blind, haha! My S24 Ultra is immense and in that distance it is comfortable. Thank you very much for the information and I will reconsider this purchase.
Great review video! You deserve much more views than that! I would definitely want to use it for some top angle POV shot such as writing and drawing by using my iPhone 15 Pro!
@ do you think it’s flexible enough to put on over your head without unclipping it. I ask because I am disabled and not sure I can clip it once I put it around my neck.
@@HurshRoad unfortunately no, it's just not big enough to easily fit over a head which is really frustrating they decided to make it slightly too small. If they made it slightly bigger then they wouldn't have had to use a clip at all. I explain it at 1:58
Hi Buddy, Would this work for POV videos while driving? Or is the camera setup too low? Could you recommend something for me as I’m wanting to record POV videos while driving with a mouth guard POV for a phone.
I guess it depends on the car and how low you sit in it. Using this neck mount means the phone is about 3inches/5cm under your chin so it might be a bit too low. As for a phone mouth guard, I'm really not sure about that!
I'd say it is very risky to do that as the phone could fall off if you hit a bump! But if you use a case and the strap to catch the phone if it does fall then you could give it a go!
Wow! Where has this channel been? Your videos are so beautiful. Subscribed.
Tq for your detailed explanation talking about the phone will falls off easily if use for outdoor jogging or running.

Do you think this would work good for povs for driving? I’d want to be able to see the road and a little bit into the cabin (wheel, shifter)?
I think it would depend on the vehicle. The phone sits about 15cm/6inches below your chin so it might be a little too low to be able to see the road properly. But if your seat is high and the steering wheel is low, then it might work!
This work ok for portrait mode?
yep! 0:55
Very well explained, thank you! One question: I like to watch videos lying quietly in my bed. Does this support offer a good position for this?
thank you! It would do this but I'd probably say the phone would sit a little 'too close' to be comfortable for a long period of time

thank you very much :)
Is that clip a magnetic clip? The one that I clips to put around neck
the one which goes around your neck isn't a magnet, it's an actual clip. The only magnet is where your phone attaches to it.

I’m looking for something get roller coasters POV videos.
I wouldn't trust this for that! You would really need something that 'locks' in place rather than a magnet
can i use on iphone 11?
I don't think the iPhone 11 has MagSafe
Nice😎
Detailed.....👌👌👌
Can i use with my iPhone 15 plus while bike riding?

I see POV, I have a Cheeky mind.
Pretty sure someone out there is going to use it for... "that" 😛
haha you're not the first person to say that to me about this ;)
@@BarbsterFilms it was secretly made for it, much like the shake weight and what they did to it on south park
