I think you accomplished alot in May. I know that overwelming feeling with stitching. I usually just choose a dozen of my wips to stitch for about 2 months and then reassess the next 2 months. Otherwise I am overwelmed by the amount of wips and I do seem to get finishes so I guess it works for me:) I do enjoy your unique projects.thanks for sharing.
One of the things I love about this hobby is the individual ways everyone works on their projects! Your method sounds similar to mine, in that I keep my seasonal pieces out for three month periods and select from them. Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed my video!
Love seeing your finishes and progress ❤ So glad that your 5 day stitching is helping you to feel less anxious, etc. I finished badstitched's moth for June. Just need to lace/frame it. Have a great month!
I absolutely love the "booibos"! It's so adorable! The Femurs and Fungi SAL is kicking my butt. 😅 I've found a few miscounts i made in the frames, so I've fudged a few things. I still need to catch up on the Deadly Aquarium. Yay for Animal Crossing SAL! Can't wait!
Great video!!! If you wanted to work on your modern folk embroidery pattern this month, there is a hashtag #jacobjune that people are participating in. I’m going to start Got The Morbs!
I have too many WIPs and struggle with it as well but there de so many great releases all the time too. Really the solution is to grow more arms and become a hermit. Love the FlossyFox fox on the dark fabric!
I can relate to decision fatigue and sometimes feel pressure to stitch on things just for some progress on my WIPS. Your idea of a time-specific monogamous WIP is genius! Love love love love your projects! I've added a few to my wish list. I look forward to watching your previous videos and future uploads.
@@NightshadeNeedleworker Thank you!! I found so many cool tee shirts I couldn't decide. I really need to revamp my wardrobe! I'm just an old hippie pushing 70!😊
I think when what's good for your channel overweight what's good for you then you've acquired another job. A hobby shouldn't be about doing the "adult" thing, it's supposed to be about fun. Stitch what brings you joy!
I feel the EXACT same way with my aquarium piece! Idk if it's the fabric I'm not particularly fond of, but I just don't like the way my stitches r laying on it. And I refuse to start over cuz I've gotten too far already... so I'm pluggin on but it's currently in time out cuz it was making me so frustrated! 😭🤣
@NightshadeNeedleworker I told myself I was going to keep up on it, too! But I frog as much as I stitch ...not for miscounting, just cuz I can't get them to lay the way I want them to so I needed to set it aside for my own sanity. Sometimes I feel like I'm too hard on myself but I can't just seem to let it go if it doesn't look "just right" 😂
@@StitchinwLoo I'm doing the same exact thing though. Frogging old stitches I did and replacing them with new ones just because I feel they look bad. Just don't forget it's for you in the end, so be patient with yourself and walk away for a break when you gotta!

The nice thing about the F&F SAL is that nothing is really touching each other so mistakes are easily fudged away 😍
@@NightshadeNeedleworker Definitely! 😁

Ohhh I want to do Got the Morbs next lol! Maybe I will dive into that one this month if there's already a SAL going on!

Am digging your wonderful tee-shirt 👕 Would you mind sharing where you found?
Thank you! I think I found this one on Amazon from a shop that did custom prints on different color shirts. Try searching "cottagecore tshirts" 🖤
