I agree with the Louise MT uphills are great wheels/tyres and super cheap. I have also noticed some screws do loosen off which is the only flaw I have found so far. Some rubber glue helps sort that out 😉
Just got into Rc about a month ago and your videos have been SUPER helpful and entertaining. Ended up going with a Arrma kraton 4s 2.5 instead of a traxas rustler. Love it so far and just starting to upgrade !
Hey buddy , Wow awesome purchase so glad you picked this truck up there amazing 🤩 I’ve got a full playlist of 4s Arrma videos for you to follow along if you need any help , Stay awesome buddy Chris 🤙🚀💪🤘👍
You made a great choice. If you start out new in the Traxxas ecosystem it's easy to get locked in there. You end up with over priced batteries and chargers that won't work for anything else. My collection used to be entirely Traxxas for mostly that reason. I finally branched out a couple years ago and now only have 2 Traxxas rigs left and a bunch of other brands. There are a ton of really awesome choices out there and you grabbed one of them. The 6s Kraton exb is also great and my personal favorite of all my trucks is the Fireteam. It's the best all around truck out of my bunch. It'll bash a hard as my Xmaxx but it's actually fast and handles great. The new Redcat Valkyrie looks to be a really good lower cost alternative also. I've only driven mine a couple times but so far so good. My 4s Kraton is a better truck but for $300 the Redcat is good. If you decide to go large scale one day the Redcat Vigilante is great. Driving it makes me think if Arrma made a giant plastic basher that it'd be the Vigilante. Welcome to the addiction! Errrr hobby, welcome to the hobby and best of luck.
@ChriswithaCrc aluminum yokes, bearing carriers, full skid set, dust cover, titanium hinge pins and holders, link set, shock tower braces, shock travel limit straps, roof skids, servo, Ackerman steering set, servo saver, motor/trans mount, motor support, battery straps, reinforce body, lights, and most important, soak that bad boy in wd-40❤️
Jersey here…looking amazing! I just did the same to my Typhon TLR, proline Axis body, 2.8 badlands on Raid wheels. Went with metallic blue, and neon green
Yo yo jersey my man , hope that your well and safe buddy , Ah wow I bet that looked amazing 🤩 I’m planning on getting a new body for this my TLR very soon funny enough so might give it a bit of this treatment when I do . Stay awesome Chris 🤙🤘💪🚀👍
@@ChriswithaCrcYeah my friend , really like the Axis body ands fits like a glove. And also put the belted Powerhobby Raptor buggy tires on white dish wheels . Do yourself a favor and get the Raptors, omg Chris they’re so nice I’m not even going to use the brand new badlands that I have. And they’re much cheaper

Stay awesome Chris 🤙🤘💪🚀👍
