At 4k 30 FPS ( 60 FPS introduces noise so I avoid that ) . 1/60 shutter speed , for that smooth panning ( anything else won't look as good with movement ) WB auto And max ISO is set to 1600 for night ( sometimes 800 is enough ) For daytime max ISO is set to 400 ( but usually 100-200 is enough ) Normal colour profile . I've also done some minor colour grading using davinci resolve
