Orange County Hotel Family Concept - Alanya Okurcalar - ALL INCLUSIVE

Food: compared to my other experiences was ok, the same dishes were repeated every day with ok quality. They have good potential but the presentation was not at a high level. With better management, they can improve the rating from 5 to 7/10.
Rooms: great rooms, spotless and nice. One of the best experiences I have had in Turkey. Just one minor negative, I booked a land view but at first, they gave us a "wall view" which had no view. Then I asked for a room change which they did 9/10.
Facilities: again it could have been improved but overall I feel happy about it. It was not disappointing. 6/10
Entertainment: not the best I have seen. some good shows like Michel Jackson and Water Jet were really fun. The animation team was not so active and if they were, it was not very well communicated. 7/10
Staff: Normally nice and friendly people, but unfortunately, as we did not speak Turkish, the communication was off most of the time 7/10
Overall:
Positive: What I really liked was the hotel structure, you can access everything in seconds(if the elevators work :D ) from the room to the pool to the restaurants are very close and this is a positive compared to the mega hotels which you should walk 10 minutes to go from pool to the beach
Negative: They need better presentation and communication. It takes a week to understand when things happen and where things happen. They can locate the bars where people are providing service when people are looking for it. The snack bar is open exactly at the same time as lunch for example.

Sorry to hear that, I agree. medical services were not a very good experience in our previous trip to another hotel in the area. Hotels shall take more care of their guests, especially about any health-related issue caused by their services.
