My man!! That thing looks fantastic! Well done buddy! ❤
I built one of these last year, and take it out almost every weekend. Love this little craft!
How stable is it? Two people do ok on it? And would u need a trailer?
That turned out very nice.
I would like to purchase the plan for that boat. How do I buy it?
As of today we have 10,000 views on this video! Thanks for watching.
Very inspiring project. How long did it take and how much did it cost? Thanks for sharing :)
It took about five months to build, and it cost about $1000.
How do you think this would run as an aluminum build?
donde se pueden conseguir los planos para construirlo
Congratulations on finishing it. It came out beautiful. But I would love to know the hours put into the making and finishing of this boat? 🤔🙂
Most small skiffs can be built in 40-100hrs working time with some experience. This is working in a dried in building so you are not fighting the elements and not counting making supply runs and such.
Are there any plans available to purchase or something?
Beautiful project, congratulations... From Conselheiro Lafaiete MG Brasil.
Congratulations on a beautiful build.
Very nice. Any idea what the boat weighs?
Great what isthe weight ?
what Is the weight on this thing...looking for a standing creek float fishing option
How many litres of Epoxy do you need for a boat this size? Trying to price up my own designs
Why did you put a ladder in the middle?
Love that music ! Where can I find it ??Oh, yeah....nice boat, too
Looks awesome.....that foam.....will hold water after time......use swim noodles next time.
Sorry, but if you use closed-cell foam, USCG approved, it will not absorb water.
the foam used in these boats is 2-part closed cell pour foam. USCG approved.
Totally awesome! Thinking of building this or a tango skiff. Something I can toss in my truck bed...
Sweet job .... looking to do one also in the future. Did you do it to the exact specs or did you modify? Any tips before I tackle it?
We made some minor modifications. Check out the Bateau Forums for some great tips. forums.bateau2.com
I would have glassed that hull with at least one layer of cloth inside and out. 10x stronger weighs 60 lbs more
Any plan (Template) for that build?
really nice build .... excellent craftsmanship ............. the PVC pipe used to even the pressure of the ties was brilliant ....... ;-p
It also helps align the edges of the panels.
Looks like a great build and good dad son project. where did you get your plans?
Do you sell the manufacturing drawings?
Beautiful skiff, you should sell plans for the build !
A company already sells them
What a fantastic build!!
Looks great! Congrats
How easy would a flat-bottomed, square-nose hull to be made instead of the point? I'm thinking of a micro-airboat.
Drew Petersen much easier
Beautiful build, brother

Where can we find the plans for this
You can find plans on bateau2.com.
It should be a crime to paint such a beautifully finished boat just varnish that thing, good job though!
how much does the hull weigh?
roughly 120lbs
Looks really good! How much was the over all weight? (With motor, without motor.) also, do you have a material list? Great build!
It’s about 140 pounds without the motor. You can find the build information on bateau.com.
Can you pole this
How did you get away with not glassing the bottom?
The bottom is glassed. 6oz
You showed us what you did.....not HOW to do it......interesting, but of no real boat building information.
What thickness of plywood were you using?
1/4 inch
How was it with two adults? Leaning towards an 8HP Tohatsu but also eyeing an 01 merc 9.9.
I would get the eight horsepower motor. The boat should be able to handle two adults.
whats the brown stuff you used to fill where the panels came together on the hull?
I used wood flour mixed with epoxy.
Brilliant. That's what the indians did to plug wounds up ;)
