Yeah it was on the floor...smh She's not going to stop and if you have money for drugs then it's not going to take care of the kids. The face she made when Judge sentenced her to random UA's and felony drug court.. she knows she's busted.
Judge Boyd will literally let you walk out of her court saying you're dirty for meth, coke, infedimends, litterally EVERYTHING as long as you're honest. But if you lie to her, you're going downnn, son!!! #WorseThanMyMother 😂😂
Judge Boyd basically sentences with tough love = firmness and fairness. "Here's what we re gonna do......" any time she starts with that ....here comes the tough love. Tough love = do the right thing or pay the price
It's all about priorities. Amazing how drugs and alcohol always manage to be affordable. CPS manages its case load by just saying 'nothing to see here' as usual.
I understand that to those of us without this issue, it seems insane. However, if the children are actually safe and have basic needs met, despite the mother's addiction, then its better to leave them there than put them into foster care. I was in foster care - it wasn't better than the abuse I experienced at home. It was worse, and way more chaotic. The risk of children experiencing neglect and abuse, up to and including homicide, increases once they enter the system. It's a complicated issue, that desperately needs addressing. But if there's any way to leave kids where they are, then they should be. Barring serious risk of physical harm, they should not be removed. They're clean, they're fed, they're in school, they have clothing and a bed, and they're not being physically abused. Leave them there.
I doubt she will go to the classes. So many of these defendants don't comply with the terms of probationary release. They came back with failure to report, which leads to funding out they've done nothing to comply with court ordered programs and are in jeopardy of being revoked. That's when they beg for one more chance.
Her poor atty looks like he wishes he was invisible…then he asks for consideration. He had already said she had a felony case about 4 yrs. ago, so for at least 4 yrs. she’s been on drugs, when her oldest child would have been 5. This defendant is a druggie…the poor children.
CPS basically says at the end that its ok bc she doesn't "use around her kids" and she really just needs help with finances. Smh. They at the least should have opened a case and monitored her for 90 days. Blown away..
As a former addict I can tell you that the government has made it incredibly easy to be an addict now. They give money, housing, supplies, warm places to use. They’re making it harder and harder to hit bottom.
5 days ago. She's likely already offended again and may be sitting behind bars for that 5 years. Sad what drug addiction does to those who lose their control of common sense.
Even when they know, they claim they don't so they can get all kinds of free stuff from the state. At least that's why my niece has played that game. It's not all her fault though, her parents (my brother) are garbage people.

What a change it could make if all our judges were like judge Boyd. Not that it matters, but she's not hard to look at either. I just started watching these RUclips court hearings & so far, she's my idea of what the perfect judge should be.
The look on her face when she is hearing her judgement says it all…… This is NOT what she expected I know she won’t like it… but Judge Boyd might have just saved this woman’s life 💪🏾❤️
Tis Judge is terrific, My only complaint is a technical one. The audio is terrible. Her Honor is clear. But someone's brother-in-law, sister-in-law, whoever, sold the court a crappy system. Can barely understand the defendant even after she is told to speak up.The system may have met the minimums and yet cost the taxpayers more. Don't even get me started on pos zoom proceedings.
Nope--she will not make a month on probation. Per usual, she 'just got a job'. Doubt that will be continuing long. She is not is a 'clear' space to fully appreciate the storm about to be unleashed between CPS and Probation.

When you are controlled by your addiction, nothing else is present. Whether food, drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, stealing... it's all in the present. I'm speaking from experience with food addiction. Sober meetings are important. Accountability.
Judge Boyd rarely jokes but she made me laugh with the 'Is this Miami Vice?' line.
Judge Boyd is a rock star Judge.she is absolutely amazing.I wish more judges were like her ❤
Everybody somehow gets a job THE day they have court.
They should show proof of job by documentation. Same with self diagnosis crap.
I know, isn't it amazing?
I love the way her lawyer shook his head as she lied. Like to say, “Don’t do it. “ it was gold.
She is totally going to fail her probation
HOME RUN LOL

I really like Judge Boyd. We need more like her! Merry Christmas to you and yours Judge!
We will be seeing this defendant again. Merry Christmas Judge Boyd!!!!
And again and again....
I've had a dealership throw in free floor mats or upgraded rims, never cocaine.

These people must really think that the judge was born yesterday
this lady looks like she 'ON SOMETHING' right there in court. 🤨
She was lethargic and unintelligible when trying to form even a partial sentence. That was hard to watch.
I bought a car. I didn't know it was there.
What's in your system?
Ummmm.....
Best part was when she was giving her forehead a working over...
Parenting classes won't do her any good

Not even surprised.
I am always waiting to hear: 'I'm going to order parenting classes' and 'I'm going to want field visits' 😊
I have purchased many cars but the previous owner never left me a page of drugs. I got a tire iron though so…………….
At least you got a tire iron...so, yeah that's of value.

A little nose candy and weed instead of providing for her children,,,,,wow
Judge Boyd is awesome, I've seen like 20 videos and she don't play.
What a Wonderful thought from the Judge and her Mom
Merry Christmas Happy New Year!

@@ScottDLR I'm not blaming the women by any means. MEN have to step up and be responsible. 👍🏼
Maybe in prison.

Why is it only the women taking care of kids?!
@@dragonflytoo It really isn't. There are quite a few cases on here where the women are the problem and dad has the kids.
Love judge Stefanie
Can't pay her fines because she's a single mother of 3 but she CAN pay for her sniffing powder 🤬
And fancy hair - It's truly sickening
And her hair style. That can't be cheap.
Cannot afford one child, but can afford cocaine, not a responsible person.

Can’t hear due to the background talking!
Apparently, her father was not in her life and the father of her children isn't in the picture either. That is the problem right there.
Not true. My dad passed away when I was seven so I grew up without a father. I turned out to have a good, law abiding life without doing drugs.
Plenty of single mothers do a perfectly good job so I don't agree with that.
No
The kids need a better mom... she obviously cares more about getting high!
