for me tasm1 movie and suit is the most realistic not to mention how perfect andrew is for the role he's for sure my favorite spiderman and peter parker even tho i grew up with tobey and he's the og and all andrew is the best for me he even did the actual swinging during the movie his own stunts everything and also just some great info tasm1 suit doesn't get fixed throughout the movie each battle he has leaves a scar on his cheast and that's just so dope and again realistic i loved tasm1&2 i love andrew he's literally *amazing*
I loved this suit! It made the new movie stand out so much more and made sure not to confuse the Toby Spiderman with the Amazing and just made the entire thing more "modern" as the video says. Not going to lie I'm a little sad about the suit change for Amazing 2 but it is never the less still a cool suit. It's Spiderman so its always going to be awesome! :)

I absolutely love this suit and their reasoning for making it. The fact that they made it real and something that someone could make themselves. That' s the only thing I dont like about Homecoming. I feel like they made Peter Parker rely more om Tony Stark. And Peter is a hero and a genious in his own way. The AI and everything the Homecoming suit has (And the design) is just til high tech and makes it look like he won't be Anne to fight without his suit. This Peter/Spiderman and his suit rely solely on his instincts, which I love.

To be honest, the Tobey Maguire films are only a masterpiece because of how much nostalgia they bring to me, but rewatching them last week made me realise how poor the acting was, and how poor and extremely cringe the dialogue was. If the films came out today, I don’t think people would like them at all. I mean, I still love them, but they truly are overrated when it comes to the other two versions. Tom Holland’s ones are probably average for me, as much I love Tom Holland compared to the other two actors, I do find his films to be quite average. I’m always excited to see more of his work, but I always leave feeling quite empty, like there is something missing for me. However, Andrew Garfield’s version of Spider-Man I find truly underrated. He is by far the best actor out of the three and I believe he had done the best job. His portrayal was amazing, and the films just felt so much more realistic and enjoyable for me. I loved how his Spider-Man interacted with villains and criminals, instead of going straight into fighting them. And his Spidey sarcasm and jokes felt more like how I imagine Spider-Man’s sarcasm to be like. I also loved how his films showed how intelligent Peter really is. With Tobey and Toms Spider-Man’s, it honestly felt like they saw a villain, they fight, get absolutely obliterated, and then they somehow come out on top. While with Andrews, he tries to calm down the villain/criminal and evaluates the situation to make sure no innocent bystanders will be hurt, if he is attacked, he then fights back, but always making sure to protect the people surrounding him. He then teases the villains/criminals to draw them away from civilians. I can’t say his Spider-Man is accurate compared to the other two, because I’ve never read the comics, but even going off of games and animated shows, his Spider-Man feels real and true to me. And let’s not forget the chemistry between him and Gwen Stacy. It feels good to have another interesting character other than just Spider-Man, and you never really get that with the two other Spideys. Another point I would like to add is how realistic his journey to becoming Spider-Man was. Sadly we don’t get to see Tom Holland’s version of this, and even though Tobey Maguire’s is comic accurate, it feels silly. With Andrews, it’s like they managed to keep it accurate enough, but also changed it to make it feel more relatable and realistic. He lost uncle Ben, he wanted revenge but ended up slowly building his Spider-Man persona and then slowly doing good. Tobey Maguire’s journey into becoming Spider-Man felt quite odd. He killed a man, and then bam, he just randomly felt like becoming Spider-Man? As much as people want to argue that Tobey is the best, that won’t change my point of view on how underrated and amazing Andrews Spider-Man films really were.
I know people think TASM2's costume was closer to the comics, but im pretty sure the reason for that was because in some shots the costume was animated. You can see it more in the end scene when spiderman's back is facing the camera, it does not match up to the realistic setting. The second movie will obviously look more like the comics because they had more control over it. TASM had a very well thought out costume, which mad either better than the second one.
A friend of me made a spidey suit like that for very cheap, so I think that it isn't unrealistic if the teenager is really crafty and creative, and lets face it Peter is crafty and creative, my proof is the webshooters
im really happy with how they did this, there ideas were based off of the comics but teh designs were completely different, yet you can easily tell who's who (what i mena is they didn't make the lizard look like an oversized crocodile) :)

Avi had those Lizard concept ready because they were already done from the cancelled Spiderman 4 movie. I'm pretty sure they just dragged over their concepts onto this project. if i made a movie, it would be similar to this. i wouldn't have any villains (who are bad just for the sake of being bad), they'd all be anti-heroes, those that are forced to do bad things due to their circumstances. they don't intend harm people, but if they felt it was necessary they will do it.
This is one of the best suits of spiderman but this suit has a big minus point - the eyes. The yellow lens makes this suit weird. If they kept a white lens, the suit would be perfect. And also the little darker red color makes this suit weird.

A lot of different colors could have been used including tinted grey oakley sunglasses. Never implied that it needed to be "white".

I try not to bitch about the fact that the costumes in the films don't REALLY look like a teenager could do it, because it's really hard to go after a realistic-looking Spider-Man suit, but still try and make it look good and true to the comics.
