I'd love to play Onslaught, but, as you said in the main set review, the people I'd play this with, when we get together, we might as well be playing D&D.
We got into the X-Wing mini game, but it was always either board games with people there that aren't into x-wing, or a role playing game, because, frankly, that's more fun to us. I imagine this would be the same thing, but at least the minis can be used for D&D (I love having bards as just town folk, so this one would be great for that + random other people).
I am eyeball deep in home repair and redesign until November, but I am collecting Onslaught expansions for future play.
Enjoying Onslaught, not getting to play it as much as I’d like. But the minis have found a place among my mini collection for D&D.
After buying the benefactor expansion, u can now play solo player scenarios if you make some simple ones up yourself. Lots of fun and quite challenging

STILL haven't gotten Onslaught to the table. With some many characters to manage and it being only a two players game it's pretty niche and finding someone who wants to invest time learning it when we could just play Unmatched is a job. I really thing they missed the mark no providing multiplayer co-op Adventrues in the base game.
An Asian inspired Bard poet that speaks in Haikus would be fun.

Quality of painting seems to be bit mixed (compared to icons of the realms) hmm

Non as good as the other expansion’s monk bird but over all better set Goliath and bard are great
