    Another customer journey that could have been mapped is when a teacher gives a special instruction for maybe a next class assignment, that is something that the student might not like to write down on the same notebook, he might be keeping a separate diary for the same.
    So maybe in your product, you can bring in a special feature where the student keeps note of all his important upcoming assignments.

    They are missing the main point. By stressing on note talking it is becoming as primary activity than learning. I think it should be other way round.
